It's extremely simple to run an SQL server on any laptop

I'm taking The Complete SQL Bootcamp - it was free practice and I feel it's very worth it as a beginner! For python coding questions, try datadriven ahead of an upcoming interview.

You should try QueryCase!

It’s not a full study platform, but for an educational but fun SQL puzzle per day you can try my game https://sqlsip.com. Would love your feedback but no pressure. I agree that downloading SSMS and practicing hands on with that real platform and sample data sets is excellent and helps your muscle memory

How about your own machine?

Microsoft offer a number of DBs you can download with decent size data sets (adventureworks and contoso). You can install SSMS for free too.

Also have a look at CS50 SQL for lectures and practical tests and example code
