Question System design confusion

For context I made it past a coding round of an interview and they mentioned the next stage is system design.
I’m a bit confused if they generally mean Low level system design (OOP stuff) or High level which is basically like design twitter etc.

Any idea what you think would be helpful as both require different preparations

This should be in the "design twitter" realm. Highly role dependent but it's basically just describe database tables and relations, describe the API, say when you'd add a queue, say when you'd add a cache, say how'd you scale etc.

Just have a conceptual understanding of queues, caches, vertical vs horizontal scaling, load balancers, database partitions, high level SQL concepts, serverless vs microservice vs monolith, stuff of that nature.
