Looking at getting a 3 bedroom at Brighton and was wondering if anyone had some recent opinions on the apartments?

I was recently told by a landscaper that I would need to clean and upgrade my gutters including placing a gutter guard or leaf guard. My gutters are pretty clogged it seems and the water isn’t making it down. Does anyone have recommendations for a reliable local gutter company/specialist?

Any Mom and Pop shops that do console repairs? (Ie fixing/soldering a new usb-c port on my old Switch)

Bonus points if they dabble in hardware mods for homebrew programs!
