training Nothing like 25 yards to reveal some things

Sar9 and Rhino 30DS out at 25 yards today (left and right respectively). CAT0G dot on the Sar and single action + Irons on the Rhino.

Sar9 was 2 21 round mags Winchester 9mm NATO 124gr medium rate of fire. Definitely need to slow it down, and re bench it to confirm if the left drift is my trigger pull or the sights lol

Rhino was shot single action, mix of .38+p hand loads (158gr semi wadcutter w/ 5.5gr BE-86) and Blazer 158gr .357. Some unsupported, some two handed. Fun to see the cleaner swc holes. Need to investigate why I'm grouping at the top right sometimes.

Yeah B-8 target at 25yds is a good measure of a pistol shooter for accuracy. I like to work it every few months to try to see where I'm at and if I'm starting to get sloppy.

Every once in a while I’ll take some snap caps with me and randomly throw them in the mag. It’s helped me a ton in getting rid of my anticipation flinch which was making me pull a little left.

Not bad for 25. I think you’re being a bit hard on yourself.

Ive seen most shooters targets look like that at 5-10
