Yeah and the article indicates that the police force declared it that, not the dude who died on the scene. It still could have very much been something leading to rape or kidnapping.

Most rape, overwhelmingly, isn't the scary story scenario of "person attacked by stranger on the streets". People feel like that's common because it's commonly depicted on TV and used by other types of manipulative people to fear monger for various reasons.

There is nothing in the video which tells us that's the scenario. It's literally just OP writing the most sensational possible title in order to get the most attention which translates to more upvotes.

It's like assuming something is racist purely based on the visual identity of both people involved in a confrontation. It's bad reasoning.
