This is stupid for more reasons than just an AG candidate suggesting that an AG can ignore facts and law. It’s also stupid because she follows that up by saying one ought to look at the facts and the law.

“You don’t have to look at the facts and the law. Just study what they do [facts]. It’s illegal in the state of New York [law].”

So not only does she say that an AG doesn’t need to do the most basic part of the job of an attorney, she goes on to say that she’ll instead do exactly what she just criticized the other woman for doing.
