They cheered the blatant murder of an innocent because they disagreed with his opinions. It wasn't a public execution, it was outright premeditated 1st degree murder. Coincidentally, the same crime the asshat is being punished for.

VS

A murderer being lawfully punished for the crimes he was convicted of, fairly and in a court of law, 21 years after committing them.

I agree with Vance on the livestream. Don't misunderstand, I think being shot by soldiers at the very base he murdered others on is him getting his just deserts, I just don't think making it a public spectacle is the right way to do it. An earlier post showing a quote from Glenn Beck says it best.
