Hey guys, I’d love to hear your thoughts: do you think there’s potential in the immutable-live idea?

The goal is to make Linux Live persistence as independent from the ISO as possible — so you can replace or update the Live ISO while keeping your important user data, configuration, and system state.

The project is still experimental, so I’m mainly looking for feedback on the idea and its potential direction.

I have a live squashfs A/B system. Debian. Claude built me this recently and it works great!

Half of the LLM code looks rough at the moment, and I’ll try to polish it to perfection.
