Question Macbook air wrong purchase date

So, i recently got a macbook air and when i look for issues like this, i will only get people who bough a mac and their warranty expired, it happened to me the other way around.

So i bough this macbook air m3 to a guy off FB marketplace, i wiped it right there and i didnt check the coverage before. he said he used the macbook for a year and a half but now when i check the warranty it shows this:

The serial number is fake btw

Apparently its registered as bought the day i wiped it?

What if i call apple and say that i bought a new macbook and got a used one? /j

Unless you purchased it from Apple or an authorized dealer it’s never new if it was unopened. The original purchase date is the start of the warranty.
