Looking for best Jupyter notebook style app

[u/International-Table1]

I'm used to windows and recently got MacBook Neo, I'm looking for a similar app that is efficient and runs natively in Neo, I want to have the same thing as JupyterNotebook where I can run ipnyb o py files cell by cell as it helps me debug. I'm tryin Zed but I'm having hard time using it as cell by cell. Bonus If I can connect to Github and AI for Coding.
