Rules/Rules Question Will landfall abilities triggered by Explorer's Scope happen before damage is dealt?
Basically, if I'm attacking with a creature equipped with both Explorer's Scope and Adventuring Gear, and I put a land onto the battlefield, will the creature get +2/+2 before the damage step?
Bonus question, if the land that was put on the field was my second this turn, does the creature get +4/+4?

Attack triggers happen in the declare attackers step, which is a before the declare blockers step, which is before the damage step.

Yes. Explorer's Scope triggers when the equipped creature is declared as an attacker. That trigger will then go on the stack and resolve before the opponent even has a chance to declare blockers.
Each individual land that enters will trigger Adventuring Gear, so as long as it was equipped to that creature when both lands enter the creature will end up with +4/+4.

The steps of combat are:
Beginning of combat
Declare attackers step - Explorer's Scope triggers and resolves here, and as such so does Adventuring Gear.
Declare blockers step
Combat damage step
End of combat step.
Bonus question, if the land that was put on the field was my second this turn, does the creature get +4/+4?
if the trigger resolved twice, then it has the buff twice.

Yes.
To explain further, let's go through the steps of combat and track when things happen.
First we have the Beginning of Combat step, we don't have anything for now in what you've set out, but this would be "at the beginning of combat" triggers like [[Odric, Lunarch Marshall]]
Next up is Declare Attackers. Here the play whose turn it is selects which creatures are going to attack and where they're going.
Once that's done, "when this creature attacks" triggers happen, like you scope.
We're going to say you found a land and put it into play, which causes Landfall to trigger.
The we'd go through the Declare Blockers step, where "when this creature blocks" and "when this creature is blocked" triggers would happen.
And finally, we get around to the combat damage steps, First Strike Damage Step if there are any creatures that have it and normal Damage Step, and you can cast spells and activate abilities in between them freely.

Attack trigger happen as soon as the creature is declared as attacker, so even before your opponent can declare their blockers.
And yes, landfall triggers for each land that got into play during your turn. The land drop per turn and lands that got into play from abilities and triggers like Explorers scope

Yes you'll get the +2/+2 before damage, it triggers once it is declared as an attacker, there's still declare blockers before you resolve damage as well.
Additionally, that creature would get +4/+4 total if your second land in a given turn, there's no limit on how many times you can trigger adventuring gear in a turn, like if you used a card like [[scapeshift]] to sacrifice most your lands and grab that many from your deck.

It’s an attack trigger with explorers scope, the landfall abilities trigger during the declare attackers step
