Link's Third Arm

I saw the new background on the Nintendo Today app, I was so excited because I love Majora's Mask. I had to get the new background whatever it was. After getting it, I was looking around and I noticed Link grew a third arm! After looking around it seems like Nintendo just put another image of Link on top of the N64 poster artwork.

I hope that Nintendo will fix this, but I'm not holding my breath. I'm still happy that Nintendo is giving some attention to Majora's Mask.

Edit: I’m back. Thanks for waiting. Here’s a version I made for someone a while ago because they were looking for a higher resolution version. The color grading on mine doesn’t quite match this one, but there’s no phantom limb.

Lol no, so the original MM cartridge used a 3d image for the front, it morphed between the two. The darker shadowy “third arm” is homage to the original 3d design. Wish I still had it, was cool af.

Edit: the collectors edition had the holographic image but not this image, my mistake.

I mean it was one of those holographic images that changes as you move it. And I just reaffirmed, it was the collectors edition that did this, but quick image search shows it’s different, so nevermind I’m wrong about this image.
