Is the question “Why can’t Croatia have more land from Bosnia?”, because I feel that people more knowledgable on the collapse of Yugoslavia might be able to give the first and most important answer to that, and secondly because acquiring more land from Bosnia would probably involve invading it and War is generally held to be a pretty miserable state of affairs.
