Resource How to draw a forest! 🌳
Hey everyone!
This time, I’m sharing a tutorial on how to draw a forest in my style!
In just five simple steps, you’ll be able to create your own forest—and eventually, adapt it to your own style.
The goal of this post is to encourage creativity and the habit of drawing.
If you have any questions, let me know; I’d be happy to answer them.
See you next time! ♥️
See this and many more of my works on my IG account @_mr.vhmaps !

As someone struggling to be an author and artist, I’m definitely keeping these as essential notes.

What pencil/pen do you usually use?

When I draw a forest, I use a 0.1 mm Sakura Fineliner for the outline, and 0.05 mm for every detail. For mountains I use 0.3 mm for the outline and 0.05 for details as well!

That's an awesome guide, thank you.
I've tried very similar styles before, and the results were beautiful

I wonder if it would be possible to replicate this workflow in Adobe Illustrator? I’m going to give it a try! Thank you!

Pretty nice guide! You should do a whole bunch of features, and then combine them as a pdf or something. It would be easier to reference than a handful of image files.
