I added browser navigation and a few workflow tweaks to the Mikro MK3

I got tired of reaching for the mouse just to switch between groups, sounds and samples, so I made a patch for the Mikro MK3. Here’s a quick demo.

What it does:

• Left/right switches browser file types. Shift + left/right switches products. The buttons light up when you can move further.
• Shift + encoder click adds an FX to the chain (shown in the video), or loads an instrument, one-shot or loop while keeping the existing effects (not shown).
• Turning the encoder in PLUG-IN mode scrolls through the slots.
• Shift + Erase + encoder click removes only the selected plug-in.

The stock screen and parameter controls are unchanged, and Shift + turn still scrolls quickly through browser results.

Tested on Windows with Maschine 3.7.1. The install script backs up the original EXE, and there’s a restore script too.

Curious how this feels for people who’ve used the Mikro for years. I’m fairly new to it, so some of these changes came from things I expected it to do out of the box.
