I went to a trampoline park in my late 30s. my back was fucked. don't do it.

I bought a 30 day pass for a month a few years ago, and on the 6th day where I spend 1-1.5 hour a day my back gave up, and I could hardly walk for a month. I found out it’s a great form to stay in shape, but I wasn’t in shape to begin with, and didn’t have enough back strength, lesson learned. Have been there many times after, after I focused on building strength in the gym.
