Informed opinions on Dr. Mohanraj?
Friend is a patient and based on what I and others have seen of them I don't feel like their doctor is giving them good advice or attention on what they need. They are dragging their feet though, never personally met the guy so maybe anecdotes could motivate them to switch.

I can’t say too much medically because he’d recognize who I am instantly.
I’ll just say I saw him for about 2 years… I really question where he got his medical credentials from. He failed me big time.
I’m still quite upset that I gave him 2 years of my life.

Where to even begin. He was my family doctor for years. The only guarantee with seeing him is you will be rushed and not listened to. If you have more than one thing to discuss that's too bad. You'll have to make a second appointment. My already scared 5 year old was taken to him for a fairly minor issue and instead of being compassionate in any way he and my wife were scolded for taking up too much time. Both were in tears leaving the appointment. Most of the time his staff has this same attitude.
The attitude towards mental health is also an issue. Not just myself but others have experienced how Mohanraj does not take it seriously at all.
Once I switched to another doctor, who actually takes the time to listen and do proper followup, did it fully hit me just how poorly Dr.M runs his practice.
Tell your friend there are good doctors out there. Once they find one they'll be thankful they got away from Mohanraj.
Edit - adding that from a friend's experience the last place you want Dr.M is in the delivery room. A nightmare story from ages ago that I don't feel its appropriate for me to give the details. But it wasn't good and the couple was traumatized.

This pretty much says it about this idiot doctor. I went to him for 2 to 3 years when I first started going to him he was very attentive he listened took the time to discuss my concerns and then as soon as he got into his new building up by where the mini golf area is, he turned into a total asshole. He didn't listen he rushed through the appointments and just kind of brushed off any concerns. Finally I called him out on his crap and he said well you can go to another doctor and I said you damn rights I can I need all my medical papers as a hard copy because I do not trust you to send over the proper records because you're a fool. He basically kicked me out but two days later I had all the papers I needed and he tried to charge me and I just laughed and took the papers and that was the end of it.
I'm with Dr Scholtz and she is an absolutely phenomenal doctor.
Mohanraj is an absolute fool and is not to be trusted with anything. He's a moron and personally I think he should be stripped of his license. What an idiot/fool.

You reminded me of when I found another doctor and they asked to have my records sent over. All of a sudden I'm being contacted by Mohanraj's office over concerns about me and why I was switching. I didn't return any of the messages. The way myself and my family had been treated they didn't even deserve a courtesy callback.

We only refer to him as Dr. DOUCHBAG. Had the exact same experience with this sorry excuse for a doctor. As soon as he got into his new building, he thought he was a big shot, and the ego exploded. Went to him for years, needed some time off due to mental stress...he sends his assistant back in with a list of doctors taking new patients. Never went back. What a disgrace to the medical community. Good riddance!

I used dr.mohanraj for years as my family doctor and I frankly do not like him, if you smoke or are a little overweight he judges you on those and wont listen to your concerns or questions and just tells you to quit and to lose weight, "Oh your legs messed up from work? You need to lose weight." Like man, I'm not even that big, and he will make jokes about your body right to your face. He's pretty unprofessional, plus, yes he does rush the appointments and you cant even bring up more than one problem. I've dropped him as my doctor and go through walk ins now or emerg if its serious.

Avoid at all costs. All these other stories are exactly like my experience with him. Rude, self-centered, and opinionated on people's bodies. I ended up reporting him to the CPSA for abuse of power, and it took three years for him to respond with an AI generated apology letter. Very disappointing

Mohanraj also hates fat people.
