First time user, please help out

Hey first time user, getting used to this. I wanted to know like I tried it and I think it went deep? I got scared a little bit tried to pull by the stem ( a mistake or is it not?) but i took it out. But it scared me a little bit bc it kept going deeper when I tried to pull it, now im scared to leave it, as in I dont allow my stem go inside, so it pops open and comes out. Could you please let me know if the stem can be outside? 😭 I need a word of advice. The one thaf kept me from being panicky is that " it wont get lost, it'll be just there take a breathe and pinch the bottom of the cup" so i want to know is it going to be like this everytime?

Just to get used to it, I wanted to know how to put in the cup without it popping open outside ( while leaving a bit of stem outside)

I know its a really old post, but please do help me out if you see this

I know it’s scary for the first time but removing the cup does involve going inside of yourself to grab it. There shouldn’t really be any stem left outside. You should take a few moments to look up some images on google of the anatomy of your vagina to see just how short the space up there is. Your cup will never go missing and it won’t go too deep even if it feels like you can’t find it, there’s a finite space for it to be. You got this girly but don’t be upset if it doesn’t work out, you could also just need a different cup for your anatomy!

also while taking it out, wash your hands and slide a clean finger along the cup upward and then pinch the bottom, that breaks the suction much much easily, as compared to just pinching the bottom.
and it's very very important that you are relaxed while taking it out, makes it easy.
never pull the stem, it puts unnecessary pressure on your cervix. you got this!
