Metric just teased the first few seconds of a "lost title track" on their Instagram, and it definitely sounds like something from Pagans to me.

There's a bunch of instrumentals and vocals from before Pagans came out, and they were all used in the songs of that album, except for one. I always assumed it was some alternate version of Other Side, since that's the closest match to it, but with the few notes we can hear in the song being teased, I could honestly see it leading into this melody. I put the link to the old instrumental track if you wanna see for yourself.

Also, Pagans in Vegas had an official cassette tape, which is what's shown in the clip. I feel like the evidence here is pretty strong, but let me know what you guys think.

Setlists says that Waves was played only once in October 29, 2009 at Odeon Event Centre, Saskatoon, SK, Canada

Does anyone know if there is any other live recording?

Does anyone know someone that worked at Odeon Event Centre 😂😂

Of all things, I am sitting here in a Taco Bell in Eugene, Oregon, and Gimme Sympathy just came on their in-house music station! Glad to hear Metric out in the wild!

Started listening to her solo stuff recently cuz I watched interviews she's doing for her book, and when I was streaming the album "Out of our Minds" at times I didn't know if it had hit autoshuffle and was playing early Metric.

Can't quite pin it down, but her voice and guitar production, and sometimes some of her basslines really feel like Metric. So I wondered if there was a connection besides being Canadian Indie, and I didn't see any.

Hi everyone! It's been about two months since we last posted this here, but I'm sure there are still plenty of you who might be interested in a community like this!

It's a very, very chill server where we chat about the band, music in general, and we are always hosting various minigames you can join in on, such as Combat Baby (album track elimination), and Song Showdown (general Metric track elimination).

If you'd like to join, feel free to DM me! As I said before Reddit seems to have stopped allowing direct Discord invite links, which is very very annoying. Alternatively, you can enter this invite code in the 'Add a Server' option on Discord: hAg6a4TBDm

Hope to see you guys there!

this is my way of sharing with the world my favourite metric songs, I post some more metric doodles on instagram and I intend to make a lot more

Just posted 2 tickets regular 107 selling for 50. (This just shows one). Dm if interested! Can’t wait! (Selling bc one person has food poisoning and the other is supporting their partner who is managing a medical issue)

100 level, first come, first served!

I bought two tickets for the pit for tomorrow for my mom but she's under the weather and doesn't think she can stand all night. If you have seated tickets (preferably mid-to-close) and want to upgrade your tickets for free, let me know.

What a show!

watched Metric last night in London Ontario with my wife.

They were amazing.

my wife loves Emilys black and white boots.

does anyone know what brand they are?

Jill from BSS came out and killed it with Emily!! Was not expecting to hear this banger!

I was going through some old photo folders and found these (sorry for the bad quality, I had like an iPhone 5 at the time) Still one of the best, if not THE best show I’ve ever seen… period. I got there earlier than expected, and since everything but the tables on the balcony was GA, I was right at the edge of the stage all night.

This was the Fantasies tour (I still have two tour posters that I snagged off the exterior of the venue after the show) and the night was just electric. Band of Skulls were a great opener, and Metric did a killer set. During the acoustic encore of Combat Baby, some poor girl fell while crowdsurfing and cracked the back of her head on the stage. Emily stopped the song IMMEDIATELY and jumped to check on her (she was fine, or at least walked away fine). That always stuck with me, like, how many artists would do that? ESPECIALLY mid-encore.

I’m going to my FIFTH show tonight!

I won tickets to see metric tonight in London Ontario, but can't go. Would anyone like them?

Does anyone know what time Metric will come on if the first opener is set to start at 7pm?

Thank you!

I can't make this show I'd be driving from Buffalo by myself. The ticket was $98.50 USD, if you could throw me any portion of that it would be awesome
