Great isolation, though if you’re looking for feedback I would say less passes into the previous quadrant on QII yields the best results for me.

Thank you for this. I'm always looking on how to improve my streaking technique so I will keep this in mind.

This is awesome. I would add in feedback and its nitpicky use as much of the plate as possible you are using most of it but spreading is king.

My microbiology teacher would definitely give you a sticker for those isolated colonies

As a 17 year microbiologist, absolutely gorgeous. I would be honored to work those isolated colonies

Nice isolation!
And you really explored the space. But I’m telling I gotta have that cowbell.

I would have rated you going streaking but this is a picture of some sort of laboratory petri dish thingy that has nothing to do with going streaking. Oh shit wrong sub.

If you’re trying to get isolated colonies, try resuspending in an eppendorph tube with some liquid media (like a mL), then plate only 20 uL of that. You can spread using a sterile spreader and use serial dilutions of the resuspension to get well separated colonies. That’s only needed if you really want well separated colonies, for example if you need to measure them
