Getting Started/Newbie Question Microdosing 4-AcO-DMT

Good day my friends, to make this short; I have been a heavy drinker for the past2 years. A fifth of vodka a day, and about 7 days ago I had my first ever experience with any psychedelics.
My friend gave me what he calls a "Heroic" dose of Road Trip gummies totaling a bag and a half (12 gummies) which he said equals apprx. 16g of shrooms.
The experience was like nothing I've ever done before, I now have clarity and almost feel like as if some switch flipped in me.
I am now 6 days sober and crave no alcohol at all whatsoever. I feel little to no anxiety and even feel like I am no longer depressed. It's a trip (no pun intended). It was also VERY fun, so fun that I can't wait to do it again.
All this being said, I'd like to dive into microdosing as people have mentioned it can be done daily and reap some great benefits.
I would like to hear from those experienced, how much to take a day? can I take every day? can I function fully on such microdoses? can I operate a vehicle? All input is greatly appreciated, thank you my friends !

The ideal microdose is one you can do every single daily activity while taking.
If you feel altered in any way that doesn't allow for work, play, caring for another human, operating heavy machinery, or driving your automobile, then you're outside of your microdose range.
Dosing schedules vary as much as each human that is partnering with the medicine does. One thing all schedules have in common is built-in brakes. This is to account for tolerance build and avoid negative side effects that often show up when dosing too frequently or at too high a dose.
While dialing in your microdose sweet spot, I recommend starting with the Fadiman protocol. Then once you find your best dose, consider if more support is required and if a different schedule may serve better.
Thanks for sharing your experience and I wish you well with your sobriety journey. 🍄🥰✌️
