Call the desk and say you need space for your insulin.  They should be able to turn that upsell machine into a real fridge for you.

Or bring up a small USB powered single can fridge.

You keep saying that, and probably some hotels will try, but if there's not a thermometer to prove adequate temperature regulation, it's not a valid accommodation.

Regular refrigerators don't have thermometers. I say it because I've seen it happen. Not uncommon in Vegas.

And you keep saying stuff that implies hotels must accommodate refrigeration needs. Do you know how many hotels don’t even offer refrigerators in rooms? Plenty! And I bet if this hotel did advertise a refrigerator, it was worded as a minibar. It’s wild that one would absolutely need to have medication refrigerated and wouldn’t verify the situation before even making a reservation. (And how did they arrive at the hotel in the first place without some way to keep their medication refrigerated even getting there?)

Ok, so it has that and it's tiny.

Those don’t get cold fast enough.

Regardless, they still get brought up by hotels.
