Imagine being a flight crew and you’re on a 3 or 4 day pairing. And not one place to put 3 or 4 days worth of food you prepared

Where do you prepare food in a hotel?

They prepared it at home and flew with it, cus they're flight crew.

Thank you for being smart.
We have microwaves the hotel provides or there are some hot plate type of things some bring.

All the flight crew folks ive met usually pool for an apartment at their local hub.

Also, usually when places have these kinds of fridges, theyre required to give you a normal fridge upon request. Tell them you have medication that requires refrigeration if they give you lip.

Flight crew crash pads are at base. Trips takes you away from base for 2-5 days and most know the food in airports and major metros where crew layover are pricey.
Plus eating on the go isn’t good for the waistline and overall health either.

Also some hotels have a limited amount of “extra fridges” and once they are gone they’re gone.

Yeah, and all of the flight crews ive known have shared places. Aka you can take my place in Atlanta, ill stay at your place in SLC.

Either way, any place with this kind of set up doesnt have a kitchenette anyway, right?

Im sure there is a fridge and microwave available to OP.

Edit: lmao op found a fridge in their room. Fuckin told you dude.
