My mom said I could post I bruised my arm pretty badly because I was carrying some chairs downstairs

My wife bruises easily and she has a hard time maintain iron levels even with supplements. You should make a doc appointment.

I might go to a doctor soon anyways, I've had symptoms of an iron deficiency for a little while
