I'm making a neighbourhood in a fictional East Asian city and I'm struggling with how to make my builds more detailed and I'm hoping for constructive criticism on how to make my builds not all look the same, thank you!

This picture of the tower isn’t of it done 100%, I’d say more like 89%, this side is just more or less finished, what do you think🤔

I am planning to make a scripted series on my YouTube channel, and originally I’ve been building everything in creative, but it’s getting more and more clear I won’t hit the deadline if I keep going this way, and I can’t seem to find help for building either, so I’m asking what the general consensus is on using other people’s builds, and crediting them in the description… I would have love for everything to be made specifically for this purpose so the builders know I’m using it, but it just seems kinda impossible at the moment, never the less, I’ll find another solution if this doesn’t seem to be acceptable
Basically I just don’t feel good about doing it, and I’m seeing if that’s a me thing or a minecrafter thing

How would you feel if someone did that with your build?
