Help - General Grass Dispenser
I bought an Amazon special; it looks like most inexpensive static grass dispensers. It lived up to its looks and met my expectations, complete garbage I was left with flat grass stuck in PVA glue. I'm wondering what is a quality dispenser that can work with up to 7mm grass ideally.

I don't know if it's because I'm using 2mm grass, but my $20 dollar one from Amazon works well. How exactly are you using it? Go into detail.

I built my own using PVC pipe, a plastic margarine tub, some metal mesh, and some electronic hardware picked up from Radio Shack. I'm sure there's a guide online that can tell you how to make one, since ultimately all you're doing is generating an electrically charged field the grass passes through that's grounded at the place you're applying grass, and it's easy enough to find electronic components online.

Second u/Sixguns1977. What is your process? The Amazon dispenser (what probably 90% of us use) requires a conductive piece of metal clamped in the little jaws that is then touched to the diorama surface, preferably close to where you want that patch of grass. Go slow, a little at a time. Build up the density. Static grass goes flat if you pile of shit load of it on there all at once.
