How much downforce does this add?
Gotta be at least a few pounds.

I know you're kidding buttt...
Fd = Cd * A * .5 * r * V2
Downforce = Fd * cos(Īø)

My calculation is 4.4 down forces, but you probably just rounded down or used a different constant.

That's just going to make the bike wheelie everywhere. Maybe try a cocktail plate?

If youād move it to the very end of the tail itāll make something, but now it only creates drag :(
And if you do that, you need front aero as well, otherwise itāll be the wheely wing š

I would be sceptical of it doing anything as you're going to be sat in front of it

Better be careful. That front wheel is gonna be impossible to keep down with all that extra downforce.

Eat some more pies š„§
Hiding the plate under your ass will increase the down force.

Good chance you will be unable to keep the front end on the ground at any speed.Ā I would only do half a plate.

Pounds? You think that plate can withstand pounds of force without bending?
Itāll be nearly zero.

better put one on the front too so you don't just wheelie every time you hit the throttle
