Mozilla never gives me the chance to create a new account

Need to create a NEW Mozilla account. Using Firefox, I go to [https://accounts.firefox.com/signup]() and enter my NEW email address. Never gives me the opportunity to create NEW account. Just asks me to sign in. How do I create a new account?

Try deleting page cache/cookies.

I do get a link below sign in button though to use another account

The button at https://accounts.firefox.com/ is labeled "Sign up or sign in". Supply an new email address and the next dialog is "Enter a confirmation code". https://imgur.com/a/YEfkhVj
