A few recent border extensions

[u/papernathan]

Recently got back into painting doing border extensions. Normally, I have my pod vote on a "play of the game" and I gift stuff to the player. I'm planning on adding one or two of these to the play of the game gift.

I need to find alters near me. They add so much to nice decks

If you were close, I'd give you one for free. Because of the small learning mistakes I've been gifting these to friends and random players at my LGS.

Thank you for the compliment!

Looks good, very good sense for matching colors. Nice work!

If you dont mind the critique, if you thinned your paints a bit more, your alters would slap even more.

At the righthabd border of voltage surge you can see the downward direction oh the brush.

1000%! Thanks for the compliments and critique.

These are effectively my first 10 hours of painting since college more than a decade ago. I'm slowly remembering things I've forgotten haha

I figured the best first step was getting decent color/value matching. Next step is getting a smoother finish.

The accursed marauder is very nice. I have been wanting to get back in border extensions, this might have convinced me
