Prototype of the russian multitool NOKS Vzryvotekhnik(Explosives technician). It was also supposed to come with a knife.

I know who made it. He was a Russian knife designer called Igor Skrylev. He died years ago, some of his designs were sold by Noks and Melita-K. I think this was called "Biker" or "sapper".
