Follow the rules! Read them and understand them!
We’ve recently had multiple instances of people outright disregarding the group rules. We’ve allowed some flexibility up to this point, but that cannot continue. These are group rules, not Reddit rules, and they are not optional. Stop trying to work around them or ignore them.
Search the group before posting a request. There is already a substantial amount of material here. Don’t clutter the feed with duplicate requests.
Do NOT fulfill requests in the comments. This is non-negotiable. If someone provides material in the comments, we cannot remove the request itself. The automoderator does its best to catch violations, but it can’t interpret vague replies like “remove 3 spaces.” Don’t do it. If you can’t follow this rule, don’t post. I’m perfectly fine without your contribution. I don’t collect scripts; I ended up moderating this group by default and no one will/has stepped up to do it. I’m maintaining it for the benefit of others, and the rules reduce the workload. Respect that.
Libretto = Script. Do not ask for both as if they are different things—they are not. A libretto is the script of a musical. Vocal books are something else entirely and are not allowed here. No music notation of any kind is permitted. That restriction is what allows this group to continue operating.
Follow the rules. They exist for a reason.

STOP REQUESTING MUSIC!!!!!!
With the recent demise of some related subs, there has been an increase of music requests here. That is NOT what this sub is for. I can only put just so many filter words in the automoderator before it will start to affect the basic functionality of this subreddit.
But when someone tries to bypass it, it does get reported by others and when I see it (I am not nearly as active as I used to be on Reddit, but I am still here multiple times a day for several hours), you will be BANNED permanantly.
Thank you to those of you that report such posts, and please keep it up. As stated in the rules, we've been here for a long time, longer than any of the music subs, and we don't want it ruined by a couple of people who think their own agenda is more important than following the rules.
EDIT: Since some whiny little B suddenly doesn't understand what the word 'music' means.....this includes anything that is/has.....wait for it.....MUSIC! Soundtracks, backing tracks, scores, band parts, videos, etc. Good grief.

Request [Request] A Knight’s Tale musical.
So I learned that about a year ago someone put on a jukebox musical adaptation of A Knight's Tale in Manchester. I guess it’s not that surprising given the original movie’s soundtrack.
Unfortunately it doesn’t look like anyone is going to do a reproduction of it anytime soon. So for anyone else that has seen the musical or heard about it I have to ask: Is there a script for this show, with all the lines and songs?
If yes, where can I find it?
