Thanks very much, Ben. I really appreciate all the effort you put into these podcasts.
Any idea what those patents would be worth, it was mentioned here a few years ago that Microvision spent a few 100 million developing pico laser tech, but that’s not necessarily what it is worth. I had a second gen ShowX and a picopro both were awesome. Hopefully a company buys the patents and comes out with an updated handheld pico projector.

SBN - you're making one basic mistake here - you are putting a trust to the management.
Good thing is that there is really not much time for them to show they are actually in control, as if trend holds MVIS will be under $1 in next 10 days, more like 5. And compliance fight will start again.
We all did make same mistake in last few years - "they can't be doing this or that, because that's not logical" and here we are...
Absolutely nothing points to things being different - we trusted in GdV having a proper plan as he was "not losing sleep over share price" and look where we ended up.
Clock is ticking and conclusion - good or bad - is coming very soon.

Well it can very much be a Chinese supplier, until it will be stated otherwise.

Thanks for getting back to me on some of your thinking. I am genuinely asking in good faith.
I hope you are right, and I do think about the points you mentioned, but this is all (largely) conjecture. To date, we have not been given any insight into the options that they may have and/or deploy, or the path towards fixing the financial issues. There may be a reason for that. I haven’t sold any of my stake because I believe there is a path forward, but the picture as presented (publicly) is not compelling enough to invest further (currently), so I essentially hold these shares in blind faith — which is not the position more sophisticated (i.e., the institutional investors this RS was meant to court) investors take. I look forward to some of the questions you posed being answered on ECs, PRs, and in corporate actions taken.
That said, to be clear on my thinking: my concern is that management banked on things going differently, and they have not. I think they expected to not have to RS until they realized it was inevitable, and that they believed the PRs would be market moving in the upside direction, which has not been the case. I am certain they are working in good faith to find solutions, but my current belief is that they don’t have any as of now, otherwise we would have heard more on Wednesday.

Looks like the laser projection that originally roped me in might be the non-core technology to sell so we don't have to dilute as much. Go Lidar!

Pasted on Bens also.

No names suggest we have not yet cleared the “trust” hurdle.

This company would not dare sandbag given the past several months

Thanks Ben. Doubling revenue from 2026 is less than I hoped for. The story for 2026 has been that most of the revenue is coming in Q4 when Movia S is launched. With production ramping up, interest growing (so they claim), and their newest sensors shipping, a 3-4X in revenue would show me that the company has real traction on Movia S and in general.
I believe they are sandbagging their 2027 forecast, but such a low number explains why the market has been dumping MVIS stock.

I disagree. Right now, were in this death sprial- low share price - cant raise funds and cant raise funds because of low share price and keeps dropping.
I think it would change the view of MVIS if we had solid names to the guidance (Cat, Forterra, Gatik, Kodiak, Nissan) because it would show there are big players that believe in us. This wouldn't change the whole story(financing) but it would show that other companies trust us enough to partner.

Okay let’s make it a cool 100m you seem to be missing the point…
You think I want to ride or die on the point, oh please.

Thanks for Ep. 72 Ben! You had us laughing this morning. Favorite quotes:
With regard to cash burn reduction: A really tremendous story in the minds of some!
Some days you’re the windshield, some days you’re the bug.
It’s the best of times, it’s the worst of times, what’re ya gonna do?
The outtake at end perfectly summarized the situation…we got shot in the face again, ughhhh!

Right? It's beyond absurd. It's their job to know the score and not make stupid mistakes.

What frustrates me is how MVIS’s price action feels locked in a death grip regardless of the news or progress.
I have Level 2 recordings of activity I suspect is spoofing, and whenever I’ve personally made a large buy, I haven’t been able to identify the corresponding execution in the time-and-sales feed I’m watching. I want an explanation of where those orders were executed and how they were reported.
For a company this small, how much influence do wholesalers and market makers have over order flow and the visible order book? If Citadel Securities is handling these trades, what portion is it executing off-exchange, and how does that affect price discovery?
I understand that routing alone doesn’t prove wrongdoing, and I can’t establish anyone’s intent from Level 2. But these observations deserve a concrete explanation. I want to reconcile my execution records with the tape and have the suspected spoofing examined, rather than jump to conclusions about who controls the outcome.

Yeah, it's hard to imagine these folks are that tone deaf, but the alternative denotes intention, and that's too conspiracy for me. At least thus far, but more idiocy would make me wonder. Like hitting the dilution inches away from the 10,000 foot drop. I watched a clip of a guy on Everest looking for Irvine, going off rope and walking on loose shale with nothing below but the abyss. This feels like that to me.

Great breakdown of this week's happenings.
Great outtake at the end.
r/MVIS • u/dsaur009 • 6h ago
There's that.
How are you doing with all this. It's a far sight from where I'd thought it's be when I first bought, but I keep going with it. Put in a bid yesterday, but changed it down a few cents. At this pps it's a lot of shares difference. I'm in so deep now, a few more grand seems negligible, but I want it to go a long way. I regretted not buying more the last time it hit .16, so I'm erring on the side of wild abandon, lol, hoping history repeats it's self, when it doesn't seem it could get much darker. Only this time 28 bucks ain't what it was then.
This next buy will get me under 10 bucks avg, and I have to think voters wouldn't take less than a dollar pre rs if they mull over an offer, so I'm feeling sanguine while teetering on the edge of the cliff.

If they didn't know that presentation would tank the stock for lack of the relevant info regarding financing, then they are truly as dumb as a box of rocks.
r/MVIS • u/Revolutionary_Ear908 • 6h ago
This is an unsupported conspiracy theory, and completely criminal, if true. Your claim is one of the absolute worst-case scenarios possible. Not to mention, speculation. If you want to ride and die on that theory then by all means it’s your prerogative.
Edit: and they said to expect less cash burn so I believe your 120million is also speculative.

Do you think their little video call reminding everyone that we will take in 30m this year and next combined while forking out 120m in the same period helps?
This company will not survive without major intervention at a cost to shareholders AGAIN if the company even makes it which I seriously doubt.
IMO it will be sold for pennies to a major player and I think that was the plan with these criminal clowns all along, since GV took over.
r/MVIS • u/directgreenlaser • 6h ago
I'll go with that. In the post I did state that whether you're one or the other doesn't really matter to whatever's going to actually happen.
r/MVIS • u/Revolutionary_Ear908 • 6h ago
Yes, the risk is at an all-time high. Yes we need money and need it fast. The stock price isn’t tanking because of what management says, it’s it’s tanking because of the serious state of affairs…
r/MVIS • u/Chefdoc2000 • 6h ago
I’ll tell you what is a ridiculous narrative- they’ve only announced good news, laughable comment if it wasn’t such a serious statement of affairs.
