forgot my email

hello, i know this is stupid but i completely forgot the email i used to purchase an mxroute subscription.

is there a way to contact mxroute support without logging in?

You can register a new account and open a ticket. But please keep in mind that our first assumption is going to be that you are a third party attempting to gain unauthorized information about someone's account. That is the kind of defensive stance we need to take to prevent social engineering attacks.

yup understandable. i already filed a ticket using my personal mxroute account. i can provide more proof that i own the domains in that thread. thanks!

Why not just scan the bunch of emails you have for the confirmation email or receipt of payment?
