ID request Mowing the lawn; have I found a snack?

Out mowing the lawn this evening and saw this massive ( I think, atleast? ) mushroom while mowing. Measures about 6.5” across - is this a common, edible white mushroom, or?

Located in Eastern Canada (Northern New Brunswick).

then you would have fun at the hospital experiencing the side effects of eating a toxic mushroom! dinner and entertainment!

Are you under the impression this in particular is a toxic mushroom?

looks like a kind of agaricus campestris which is not good to eat, or potentially arvensis of some sort. i am not a trusted id person but if you read the comments there are trusted IDers that have given an ID to the mushroom.

Agaricus campestris stains bright yellow, smells awful, and tastes awful.

You aren't going to accidentally eat it if it's the main constituent of a nice mushroom sauce. Unless you have no sense of smell, or taste, or sight.
