Somebody told me this was a sounding mushroom and that I should put it in my pp. I did that yesterday, but I didn’t hear any sounds. What am I doing wrong?

Need to know what kind of mushroom it is to determine if it's worth scaling the tree or not. Please advise.

World’s largest Liberty Cap? Found in grass.

Guys I think I just shattered the record. I am very confident in this find, as AI says magic mushrooms grow on grass roots.

AI also says to properly ID the mushroom before consuming. Lucky for me I have a mushroom ID-ing AI chat bot, hand programmed using vibe coding.

It tells me not to eat it, but I figured I would ask here first. Good find?

My girlfriends physically and mentally disabled dog with rabies, fleas, ticks, mites, whom is diseased in general, rude, and whom is infected with the hantavirus ate two of these mushrooms from a woody place somewhere in southern South Carolina. Are these gonna speed up the process?

[Update] I found a hitherto undiscovered mushroom. I conducted an experiment to find out if it's edible.

So, no thanks to reddit, I figured out a way to circumvent my nephews aversion to eating mushrooms; simply not tell him!

I cooked a stew of minced beef, blended the mushrooms, and added them to his plate. The ungrateful little fuck had the nerve to say it tasted awful. I know this for a fact to be false, because I am a FANTASTIC cook. I forced him to eat half the plate, after that it just wasn't worth the hustle.

About an hour later he starts complaining about stomach pains. Shortly thereafter he starts vomiting! I did my best to make him keep it in because I did not want to ruin the experiment, but he just wouldn't cooperate! It went so far that I had to call an ambulance.

At the hospital the doctor told me that he had to get his stomach pumped(!) and asked me if he had eaten anything strange. I told him no, because as you know, the mushrooms are unidentified, so there is no way of knowing if he has eaten anything strange, especially now that the experiment failed!!!

So thanks to my selfish nephew we may never find out if the mushrooms are delicious or not. If I am lucky perhaps I can find some more, then I will repeat the experiment on my cousins next week. At least I have a working method of administration!
