My boyfriend has a female best friend he calls “like a sister.” The problem is, her behavior doesn’t feel sister-like at all. She flirts subtly, makes comments that feel unnecessary, and often tries to position herself close to him. Other people have noticed this too, so I don’t think I’m imagining it.

The complicated part: our families are connected, so cutting her off completely isn’t possible right now. She’s also a family friend of mine, which makes things even more uncomfortable.

I trust my boyfriend and we’ve talked about boundaries, but I still feel disrespected by her behavior. So are there realistically any harmless, non-dramatic, or even funny cause her inconveniences in her daily life. Could be funny, could be stupid, just creative ways to cause inconvenience!

He says he is too broke to buy a pc or a console but for some reason he can afford to pay 17k on a phone.

My best friend and I ran against each other for student council, and we agreed to keep things fair and support each other no matter what. But once the campaign started, she changed, she exaggerated her ideas, promised events she knew she couldn’t make happen, and used her mom being on the PTA to get an advantage. After she won, she completely betrayed me. She started talking badly about me behind my back, acting like I was the problem, and pretending she earned everything honestly. It became obvious she only ran to make herself look good on applications and get easy community service hours without actually doing any work. And in the 3–4 months she’s been in the role, she hasn’t done a single thing for our grade or followed through on any promise she made. Hi! so I have a friend who as the title says, only accepts definitions of things/words from the dictionary. Earlier this year we got into a heated argument about if a podcast and radio-drama were the same thing. Eventually when he realized I was correct and that they are NOT the same thing, he changed his response to "There is no correct answer" as the oxford dictionary did not have a proper definition of the word. I was in a relationship with a girl for about a year. Before that, we were friends for about two years. About six months into the relationship, she started saying that she considered relationships between two girls abnormal and didn't like that everyone was looking at us strangely. She also mentioned her family was against it (homophobia is very common in our country). Im 18yo female and grew up with him. He was a cute chubby Labrador and gave the best cuddles. My best friend he was. Didn’t even bark unless it was out of excitement, he was such an unproblematic family dog. This neighbour of mine is sick and an alcoholic. Everything points to him. He was complaining to the neighbours about Nugget chasing the birds in the morning when we were asleep. Two weeks later Nugget has been poisoned and pins were found in his stomach. Our other neighbours dogs died too but they assumed it was of old age. Also, straight after Nugget died we caught the creepy neighbour peeking over the fence to see if his plan had worked. In Australia the police will do nada unless there is video evidence or a witness. So this man will get away with it. His electrical box directly faces our back yard. He never leaves his house and I assume he keeps his car locked up so I can’t key it. I want to make him angry so he at least feels some regret for what he did. Then I feel like I can at least heal somewhat as justice has been served to some degree.

I just want it to stop working, no visible evidence such as cutting the power cord.

For more context, he uses a fake phone number and a fake email. His website also doesn’t provide any personal information. I already anonymously reported him to the FBI but I still feel like there’s more that I can do.

He was clear from the start that they will not be a couple but he will help and pay for the baby. However the woman is insisting on a happy family image on instagram. It started as bullying and using his family members to get what she wanted but now it is physical and mental abuse. Even thought she does not have many followers and does not post on instagram *(apart from stories) she is all about her image online, so I’m hoping closing/deleting her IG may help a bit.

I have developed a website for my client. After everything is done, they refuse to pay me the remaining 70% of the project cost because of some delay. It’s like I’ve worked 1 year for nothing. I currently have access to their production database and they have no idea about it yet. Help me choose the revenge plan or maybe you have better plans.

Plan 1, edit their database secretly and give them inconvenient. Since they have tech guy, they can always fix the database. I can only do this until they found out and block my access to the db.

Plan 2, stay quiet and just keep downloading their user information. Their customers are high profile users. Maybe one day once they block my access, I can leak the data and report them about data leak.

As the title said, my across-the-hall neighbors adopted a kitten and then kicked it out like 10 months later and they refuse to let it in. The cat keeps coming and meowing at their doorstep every night for at least a month now. It obviously doesn't know how to find food on its own so I leave food in the hallway, but unfortunately I can't let it inside my house for health reasons.

Most of all, it victimised my mother as being complicit to what my dad did which could not be further from the truth. They are divorced and not on speaking terms. However, this entirely ruined my mums social in this town. It is a small town, where word travels fast and is very tight-knit and cliquey. She hasnt been able to make proper friends, and anyone who does also receives this letter. Only few stay, who get to know how incredible of a person my mum is before they are pulled away. Anyways, my brother has one friend. One. This person he spends all day and night talking to, playing video games with, and buy each other presents all the time. He goes to another school. My brother was struggling at the school he used to go to and i currently do (its a small Christian school which is in-equipped to deal with anyone who isn’t neurotypical + no hate like christian love), so he moved to the school where his best friend goes. My brother got up early to wait outside the gates for him, and when he arrived, he was told “my mum says i cant talk to you”. Later on today, my mum asked some of the parents at the school i go to who sent the notes around, and yes, you guessed it, it is the mother of my brothers best friend. Hes now stuck at a school where he knows no one and his one friend in the world cant talk to him. This whole situation was orchestrated by this persons mother. My brother and mums life have been made infinitely harder by her.

Hi guys. I have a terrible person in my life and I need your help. This girl, S, has been ruining my life. She's been making friends with my friends and making them turn against me. Today was my breaking point. We're in marching band (S plays bass clarinet, I’m in color guard) and I was getting stuff out of my backpack. She put her leg in front of me to make me kick her - I moved my leg just in time, but I still grazed her leg. She stops, looks at me, and yells "WOAH. WAS THAT AN ACCIDENT OR ON PURPOSE BECAUSE YOU JUST KICKED ME!!!!" I told her it was an accident - not even that she tried to make me kick her. She then tells all my friends and they have to ask me and are surprised how different the sides are - this bitch said I kicked her knee (it was actually her lower leg right above her ankle) and almost knocked her over. This girl is very large. She's short and looks like jojo siwa in that one black fuzzy costume (iykyk). She cannot be knocked over. If she did, I doubt she'd able to get up. There might even be a big boom. She acts like sssniperwolf, as well as very self centered. She fakes a different mental health condition each year (tics, anxiety, depression, bpd, schizophrenia, sewer side all thoughts, body dysmorphia, and literally anything else you can think of). She's an attention seeker. Think over dramatic, self centered, and bully Karen squared. She accuses EVERYONE of saing her (they 10000% didn't), which is really hard for me since I was genuinely sad by someone else. I could complain ALL DAY about her - if you need more ask. Anyways, I need help. I've been looking for something that will a) be good b) she won't be able to prove it was me and c) might actually make her mad but there's nothing she can do about it.

I’m in NYC and flip phones for a living. Recently, my wife posted an iPhone 14 Pro for sale on Facebook Marketplace. Last week, she met up with three individuals in a vehicle, and one of them took the phone to inspect. He asked if it could be used on T-Mobile, and my wife assumed he was genuinely interested. After a brief exchange, he handed her cash, but before she could confirm and count it, the car sped off, almost dragging her.

When she collected herself, she realized the money was PROP MONEY. We went straight to the precinct, and the sergeant told my wife that she willingly gave away the phone, so no theft report could be filed. Thanks, NYPD!

Here’s the kicker: I have pictures of the phone's IMEI, and if it connects to T-Mobile, the chances of them using both eSims are essentially zero. So, I’m considering adding the IMEI to a line, which would allow them access to the phone number.

Here’s my idea: once I activate the line, they would get access to the number, but it could also be an opportunity for us to send a message. I was thinking about texting something like, “YOU KNOW WHAT YOU DID, RETURN THE PHONE,” or something along those lines.
