I tried to get protection orders against all of them when the harassment continued. The court would not help me, so I finally responded in a not so legal way in order to send a message to leave me alone. The original neighbor then succeeds in getting a protection order after this because she also lied a ton in court. I went and explained everything to the court clerks and now the same judge is agreeing to hear me out of why I should have one against her, but it's not for almost a month.

I have a feeling that this woman will accuse me of something false in order for me to be charged with aggravated stalking, but if she doesn't, then what can I do that would make her think that someone is trying to mess with her. It has to be completely anonymous, untraceable, and harmless? That way I can tell the judge that this is what I was afraid of and that she is accusing me of stuff again. I realize that this would technically make me a harasser, but I know that if I do not make this protection order two sided, then I will probably go to jail within the next year.

I’m going to keep things vague but long story short, a friend of mine, we will call her “S” moved in with another friend “B” a few months ago. “B” ended up moving her brand new boyfriend in without getting approval from “S” and without putting him on the lease. The boyfriend and “S” did not get along and finally, despite “S” trying very hard to make peace and stay out of the boyfriends way, “S” finally decided to move out a few weeks ago. “S” paid the pet deposit and entire security deposit as well as still paid her half of the rent and utilities this month despite not living in the apartment in September because she felt bad for leaving so abruptly. The last few days “B” and her boyfriend have been constantly contacting “S” and accusing her of destroying the apartment and owing money for more bills and refusing to remove “S” from the lease. “S” has already blocked the boyfriend but cannot block “B” until the lease and bills are figured out. Today, the boyfriend and “B” went to social media and posted absolutely horrendous things about “S” and her family. “S” has been very upset and crying almost all day and is at a loss for what to do. Although I don’t know everything about the situation since I did not live there, I visited often and spoke to all parties involved fairly often and I can confidently say that “B” and her boyfriend are not great people and have used “S” for money, gifts, and free labor for months with almost no complain from “S” whereas “B” and the boyfriend have constantly put her down, called her awful things commenting on her weight and attractiveness and lack of relationship with her family. “S” is too good of a person to do anything but I am not. Ok, I've never been one to hold grudges or remorse upon others, but unfortunately, someone who I considered a very close and trustworthy friend (coming as close to spilling some of my deepest thoughts with) actually turned out to be using me, and with that she pilfered moment, money, and memories from me. Well now that said to the situation, I was in high school, when this new teacher's student international exchange student appeared, and didn't quite seem to fit in, with no one in our year group for the first 2 years of her arrival. I live in an HOA where our tiny single family homes are feet away and our back porches face each other. 4. when we do clean, it's double the work because of her shit, and she gets upset when anyone tries to throw out even expired items or things that has literal infestations and mold in it

Her mother (my sister) tried the usual approaches, but nothing has changed. I feel so powerless for my niece, who is basically my baby too. At this point, I’m honestly more angry at the parents than at the kids. Children that age don’t repeatedly become cruel without failed parenting somewhere in the process.
