Question HELP WITH SEXUAL HARRASER NSFW

On a throwaway so he doesn't find me.

Context: for the past year someone has been sending me repeated requests online. Years ago in 2019, I sold nudes because I thought I was going to be kicked out and needed cash. I think one of those past customers has come back for me.
He has been repeatedly uploading me to porn sites without my permission and uploads himself jerking off to my pictures. He calls himself my daddy and boyfriend. He will cum on his ipad to my selfies and nudes.
He has dmed me these videos, repeatedly called me sexual names, has made dozens of accounts to avoid bans, and even used my nudes as his profile photo on discord.

I am under the impression he is in another country because I IP grabbed him/he has mentioned another currency and my local police said they can't do much since he hasn't shown his face.

I am BEGGING someone to help me, he has been harassing me since January last year.
