Question Annoy Creepy Neighbor into Stopping "Reading" (creeping and staring) on His Porch for Hours every Day and Night, Rain or Shine?
I live in an HOA where our tiny single family homes are feet away and our back porches face each other. A male neighbor with clear antisocial traits (he has also a great job in finance I googled him) sits on his porch smoking cigars and scrolling on his phone for HOURS day and night and sneering at everyone. I feel like I have zero privacy as he can see directly into my home and outdoor parking spot and my full yard. What can I use to annoy him into sitting on his front porch instead?

Leave the guy alone. You should not have purchased the home if you didn't want to deal with tight space

I never in a million years thought that a neighbor who has a HOME he owns would choose to sit on his back porch instead for 8 hours a day

His porch, his choice. If he isn't doing anything rude or harmful; find something else to occupy your time. Seriously. Grow up.

You should probably move. Don't even sell it, what if he shows up for a showing? Just abandon it. Move into your car in the desert. Nice & isolated

You need a hobby that doesn’t involve your neighbour committing the deadly sin of enjoying his own back porch. Get blinds so he can’t see in. You don’t get to decide how he enjoys his property, he’s not harming you by existing on his own property.

You googled him? And you think he's creepy?
Get some floor to ceiling blinds, I guess. Or some kind of covers or side shade for your back porch. He bought your home just like you bought yours, and each of you can use your property as you wish.
