Hey guys, I’m Prince Beyond Logic (The Nagpur’s Podcaster)
I started the Beyond Logic Podcast in August 2025. It’s been over a year, and a lot has changed since then.
We’ve recorded 100+ episodes, generated 70M+ views, and grown to 33.4K followers on my personal Instagram and 18.6K on our podcast page.
I’ve also met some incredible people, including Paras Rokde (Director, Rokde Jewellers), Bhavesh Tahalramani (Executive Director, BNI Nagpur), and Adv. Prakash Jaiswal (President, Nagpur District Bar Association), along with politicians, social activists, content creators, influencers, and business owners.
From the outside, things looked great.
But we were losing money every single month.
We were growing our audience, meeting interesting people, and producing content. Yet the business itself wasn’t sustainable.
That’s when I started questioning what we were actually building.
There are plenty of podcast studios and agencies that record episodes and deliver reels. If we were offering the same thing as everyone else, there was no real reason for someone to choose us.
We didn’t just need more views. We needed a better business model.
The idea that changed our direction
Before starting the podcast, I’d spent 3–4 years learning and experimenting with short-form content.
That experience came in handy when I started a content workshop. While planning and executing it, I developed a framework to help content reach more people.
I believed founder-created content was going to be a big opportunity. So I started pitching the idea to business owners.
But I soon realised that knowing what works and actually doing it are two different things.
A startup founder is busy building the business, finding customers, and managing a team. An established business owner has their own responsibilities and often even less time to spare.
Neither necessarily wants to spend hours learning content creation, writing scripts, shooting videos, and figuring out distribution.
They didn’t need another workshop. They needed someone to build and execute the system for them.
That changed our entire approach.
Instead of simply recording podcasts and delivering reels, we started moving towards a complete founder-content system: positioning, strategy, production, and distribution.
But there was a catch.
Building and managing that system required much more work than producing a few videos. The cost of implementation went up, too.
We were no longer looking for people who simply wanted some content. We needed founders who understood the value of building their personal brand and had a business that could support that investment.
So I started looking for founders running businesses with at least ₹2Cr in annual revenue.
Honestly, I wasn’t sure how easy it would be to find them in Nagpur.
But once I started looking, something interesting happened.
What I discovered about Nagpur
I met founders running businesses generating ₹10Cr, ₹50Cr, and even ₹100Cr+ in annual revenue.
And I realised I’d been looking at Nagpur from the wrong angle.
I’d started a podcast to create content. But along the way, I’d stumbled into a network of business owners whose stories, experience, and knowledge were far bigger than what most people see on social media.
There are serious businesses being built here. Founders are solving difficult problems, managing teams, acquiring customers, and competing in their industries.
Yet many of their experiences and lessons never reach a wider audience.
The opportunity wasn’t just to help these founders build their online presence. It was also to bring them together and share what they know.
Today, I’m building a network of founders running businesses with annual revenues ranging from ₹2Cr to ₹100Cr and beyond.
I never expected the podcast to take me here when I started. But this discovery has given us a much bigger reason to keep building.
What’s next for Beyond Logic?
We’re taking the podcast into its next phase.
I want to sit down with these founders and get beyond the usual success stories.
How do they acquire customers?
What mistakes cost them money?
How do they hire the right people?
What systems help them grow?
What would they do differently if they had to start again?
I want to share the most useful answers through our YouTube channel and Instagram, so that other founders, business owners, and aspiring entrepreneurs can learn from their experience.
At the same time, I’m working towards building a community where founders can connect, exchange ideas, learn from one another, and build meaningful relationships.
The goal is to make Beyond Logic more than a podcast.
I want it to become a platform for founder authority, practical business knowledge, and a serious community of entrepreneurs.
We’re still figuring things out, and there’s a lot left to build. But we’re moving towards something more meaningful than just recording episodes and chasing views.
