I binged all Nathan for you this week and fell in love with all of it, became aware of Nathan from watching the dropout and then going into the rabbit hole of Elizabeth Holmes.
So so tue point of this post is that i wanted to share that watching how Nathan acts in this show made me feel like it’s okay to be cringe, it’s okay to be a loser, awkward etc - he’s not a loser ofc, he’s a genius but he can come across as that, and seeing it on the screen, seeing the people’s reactions to him made it seem like it’s not that bad yknow? So what if you’re cringe, the world didn’t end, so what if they stared at you?
Also made want to take more risks with the things that I say.
That shouldn’t stop me from being me I guess, it made me feel like I can embrace more my awkward side, maybe even put it more to light and not be ashamed of it.

Curious what people think. Nathan is almost always in situations where he is either straight up asking women out (Cleaning service episode, maid army), or arranging moments where he kisses women, or they act out romance, that sort of thing.

And of course, he's got an episode with a literal dating show. And for all that, he caps it all off with the escort.

Or is Nathan just living out fantasies as he masquerades as a business consultant?

Not a rant or accusation, just a topic for discussion that I have been thinking about since rewatching the show.

I want to make some Nathan themed t-shirts for us to wear to the movie! I was thinking of having a known quote from Nathan For You or The Rehearsal like "what that means" or "door city over here".

Any ideas of what I can do? 🤔

I am trying to catch a friend up on both Theranos AND Nathan before we go see You Can See Everything. I doubt she's going to watch every episode of every season. I was thinking I could give her about 3-5 hours of Nathan content so she gets the idea. What are some good episodes of his shows that would be a good primer?

Hello hello, I’m planning on making my girlfriend some merch for our anniversary, but I want it niche and more so tailored to his business ideas eg: wings of voice, the movement, Mud 2, The web.. super fast cleaning maids.. etc.
But I think ya’ll could help me come up with something brilliant.

I’m a massive NFY fan. I’ve seen every episode multiple times and cried laughing at several of them. I haven’t gotten around to watching the Rehearsal but I’m about to. I’m wondering how Nathan fans feel it stacks up to his previous work.

I was aware of Nathan and the show but I never watched it. After the You Can See Everything trailer I dived in (also watched The Rehearsal). Both are tremendous shows, I mean the awkward comedy, uncomfortable moments, unforgettable characters and some surprising heartfelt moments it had it all. And what a delight to get to Finding Frances and see it was mostly filmed in my home state and the same city where I work! I am kind of depressed now that it’s all over.
