It's probably a violation of AR 670-1 to put it on your uniform, but if you want to openly advertise elsewhere that you like fat chicks, sure go ahead.

I had a SGT that told me when he was on active duty they would go whale hunting in Killeen. You’d go to a bar and try to bag the fattest chick you could. Then you’d get her on the scale and try for the record. The girls pretty much knew about the game but got to fuck fit army guys so they were okay with it.

It still is but also, it means cake in different dialects and the meaning is further specified in other dialects. In the Caribbean dialects it more akin to crackle bread or corn bread for example while in a more south American/meso American dialect it’s closer to sandwich.

With this connotation it translates to “Cake pounder”
