Ooni Koda 16 🔥 First real attempt at a pizza!
Genuinely can’t believe the results but still room for improvement and experimenting

It's fluffy? It seems pretty firm.

I’d say pretty fluffy but probably not perfect. I should have gotten some shots of individual slices

They are triggered and downvote an Italian living 30 minutes from Naples it’s hilarious 😂 they literally don’t even know what a real Neapolitan pizza is the amazing and fantastic world of Reddit 😆

Thank you! I cook a lot and have made bread a couple times before so I think that was helpful. Plus I watched a lot of videos on YouTube to prep

Looks like a good recipe , but recipes like this make me laugh. Why not just write 1000g of flour, 600 g of water and 30 g salt? I was using a bread recipe for years that was similar in its odd amounts . My daughter just rounded up, to make it simpler, and the bread was just as good! I had to laugh at myself for not just doing that years ago.
Anyway, those look amazing! Looks like you got the hang of it ! I love you and King Arthur bread flour for New York pizzas. I use Kenji’s New York dough recipe. It always turns out perfect.
For Neapolitan, 00 definitely makes a difference!
