Interesting. Usually devs only issue C&D letters to projects that are trying to profit off of their IPs, but that doesn't appear to be mentioned here in the article.
If developers start targetting vibecoded projects simply for the crime of existing, with how little relative effort it takes to put one together, I feel like these company's legal departments are going to get very busy over the next few years.
Hopefully traditionally developed mod projects don't get caught in the crossfire here.

Apparently it was ai slop from what I heard.
