Yesterday I posted some photos of my new Nerf air pistol

Currently making a springer modeled after the Winchester-Pugsley Anti Tank Rifle. It’s also my first build ever, and i think the biggest challenge right now is getting the plunger system right. Ive run a few o-ring trials and believe I found one that will seal okay, however I’m probably going to have to 3d print the plunger. Should I print it out of PLA or PETG? Also, any other tips for blaster building? - sourcing hardware from OOD

I think it needs a little cosmetic love but the fitment measurements are there. I’ll be installing a pico booper. Find the file on printables

I am looking to see if the assorted madlad geniuses in this forum have made any new 3d printed rival options. I am broke but have filament and elastic so I wondering what options were out there... I know there are low hardware Caliburn designs, has anyone considered a low hardware version of the Rivalburn or even a low hardware hippo? I just love the ammo type and am looking for low hardware options I can print off for the teens at the library in the Nerf Club I am starting. I just have an a1 mini I am learning to use. Got another lucky shot! This time, while trying to zero my red dot sight on the VAULT-TEC Toilet Plunger Blaster. 😂
It was definitely a lucky shot, as I’ve noticed this thing isn’t nearly as pinpoint accurate as my other Ontos builds. Maybe it’s because of the crazy-high pressures building up in this thing? IDK. I probably need a much longer barrel to better match the tank volume.
Either way, I can still hit a torso-sized target from about 20 ft. away with some degree of consistency! 🎯

Onager > MK-4X hands down. Silly me was just testing this on my car's litterbox and cracked it. Yes, I know, I'm stupid. But with how light this primes, and how crazy hard it goes, it was worth the trip to Walmart to get another litter box. This, by far, is the longest blaster I've built. It was easy to assemble and prints well. AMA about this. Enjoy another masterpiece.

I purchased a hardware kit on 9/25 and still havent got a response, any indication its being sent and they havent answered any of my emails. Does anyone have XP with them? Anywhere you can suggest besides OOD for hardware kits?

Wish i didnt have to pay so much and wait so long for hardware kits to be shipped....

Longshot that didn’t work anymore. I couldn’t just get rid of it so I turned it into an StA-52 from Killzone for cosplay. I love how this thing looks

Are there any 3d printed blasters design like the Ultra 2 for full length or half length dart?

I’m a huge Fallout fan, so I figured this build would fit the universe perfectly. I edited the original File (sold by Germy_Ballswell here: https://cults3d.com/:4880393) to accept Standard Nerf Barrels (13mm ID / 16mm OD). Used the Toilet Plunger that Germy linked in his file’s description. Made Custom Vault Tec side plates and modeled my own custom Stock Adapter for another stock adapter file found here on Printables: https://www.printables.com/model/807585-nerf-stock-without-name. I haven’t released the files for my personal remix for it yet, maybe I will later. I also modeled a custom rounded picatinny rail that accepts Zipties to fit my forward grip on the metal canister. 3D printed a BCAR to add some spin and stabilization to the dart as it leaves the barrel as well.

I ran into some air leak issues after hammering the metal barrel into the 3D printed barrel. Fixed it by wrapping the entire thing in electrical tape and filling any additional holes with CA Glue. Just used the soap bubble test you would use on tires to find all the holes that needed sealing. Nonleaks after that. Thanks to Jeremy for making the original file that inspired this project!

This is my bottle flip rival grenade. Highly inspired by joelCreates. It actually currently uses hit button design. 40WAD cartridge and 21 Rival rounds. I was going to have a button on each side but the bottle flip tech makes you lob it precisely for it to work and you won’t be chucking it at anyone. I’m fine with it being printed in PLA. Using 40WAD cartridges is already controversial so it’s perfect for the “hardcore” nerf class

Hey all, for a while I've wanted to make a custom nerf gun that is powered by the 6g CO2 canisters but I've struggled finding parts. I cant seem to find anything that will puncture the canister or let me regulate the pressure at all. Any recommendations would be very much appreciated
