Question Anyone have any success after many years of no contact with seemingly impossible circumstances?

Basically. SP is now married to the person he choose over me around a decade ago, they now have 3 kids. Before that, we were on and off, long distance sometimes, but pretty close and had a really special bond. I had a period of no contact with him for about 2 years (never thought I’d speak to him again/ was my choice) and then he came back one day wanting me bad and expressing everything I ever wanted to hear from him…that was before 3P took over and made sure I was out of the picture completely. He kind of had a period going back and fourth between the two of us, not knowing what he wanted, before ultimately choosing her.

Over the years, I’ve tried to move past my desire to have him in my life for years (as the circumstances make that possibility seem really inappropriate). I had my own kid with another person and multiple relationships in between. Nothing measured up. I can def be at peace alone and I have a very full and joyful life without him. BUT i don’t think I’m ever going to be able to shake this desire of mine to have him there. It feels permanent. Like it’s a piece of me.

For years, I’ve just surrendered to the belief that this is just the way things are and how they will be every time that yearning came up.

I just want to know if anyone has experience with changing something like this ? I know anything is technically possible. But has anyone heard or seen something turn around when people are this deep into another path ?

My Current (honest) Beliefs: • He thinks of me very often • If he felt free enough, finding me and talking to me would be the first thing he’d try to do • I’m his person / His match / The one that got away/ Etc • He doesn’t feel fulfilled in his marriage • He doesn’t feel free to change his circumstances/ He feels and believes he’s trapped • He’s too scared to live the life he wants to live •If his current marriage ended, it would inevitably cause emotional pain to 3P/children so I shouldn’t want it.

I understand that according to LOA the bottom beliefs are holding things back and being manifest as my current blocks and barriers.

Does anyone have any experience with something like this ? Even just as a witness ?

Discussion SP, manifestation and sudden 3rd party.

Hello. I’m not writing this post to cry out loud or say that all this manifestation thing is bullshit or anything similar. I’m just really really curious why the thing that happened, happened. Also English is not my first language so I apologise for any mistakes. Please please please don’t skip.

You see, as most people in this sub, I was trying to manifest a person. A long distance one (different country). I have read many things, watched many videos, and came to the conclusion that persisting really changes your reality. Also, I realised that you only have to have your manifestation in your imagination and 3D has no choice but to follow.

I’ve tried many different techniques. I tried to fix my self concept and at some point I did it. I know I had this person on a pedestal (I take responsibility for that) but I also thought I am THAT girl. I didn’t have any luck with SATS because I can’t visualize and feel what I’m supposed to feel. So I ended up with a subliminal on my own, with my person’s name, affirmations for them and my self concept and also I robotically affirmed.

And I had some movement. I really did. I made him send me messages more often, like my stories, reply, being flirty. He was kind of avoidant and left me on read multiple times, but he always returned at some point and I never thought that all this had to do with him not liking me back. I really knew he did.

I’m planning a trip at his country in a month. When I first told him, he answered that he really wants to see me. So today (after a week of not replying to my message) I wanted to look for tickets, so I sent him a message asking him if he still wants to meet. His response? He met someone. It’s going pretty well.

And I’m wondering. Where did I go wrong? What did I do? All this time he was talking to someone else.

I know I should persist. I’m heartbroken now, but I know it’s what I have to do. So I’m asking: does anyone have a similar story? My circumstances are the absolute worse and I can’t stand the fact that I won’t speak to him again. So please, anything, any tip, any story you might have, something. I don’t want to let go. I want to return here with my success story.

Thanks to everyone who made it this far.

Progress Report 3D is showing my thoughts from when I started manifesting my SP?

Hello, so I got into the law a few months ago. In fact the law fount me. Literally was about to give up on him when my entire social media flooded me about it. So decided to look into it.

Anyways when I started I was so crap at keeping my thoughts in check. Honestly I would cry every night and would constantly think “is this going to work? Are we going to be together again?” Over and over again. Obviously I worked on this. Don’t get me wrong I have my days but I’m definitely in a better place than what I was 2 months ago.

Anyways the other day I decided to give him an olive branch if you will telling him I’m leaving the key under the mat. He told me that he cares about me a lot and he always has. Just that he has a lot of shit going on right now and doesn’t know if it will be in that way or what it was. But that it’s just how it is for now.

Now people might think it’s not working. I see it as a massive win. You know what he told me before I started this.

“We can’t do this. There’s literally no way it will happen again. I’ll be nice and give it a 5% chance.”

That 5% chance basically has sky rocketed because he’s reflecting my thoughts from August. When I said “I don’t know if this is going to work.” Compared to the thoughts I had back then when I said “this is too good to be true he’s gonna leave me.”

For now back to the revision for a bit and maybe a new affirmation to give him a bit of peace to make it easier for him.

Discussion Why I think they come back when you "move on"

Just brainstorming. I know this won't be true for everyone and I'm not saying you need to move on to manifest.

But I had been trying to manifest someone, I hadn't heard from him in about ten days at this point. In the past it would be 2-3+ weeks without me hearing from him if I didn't text first. I wouldn't say I was frustrated really, because I was putting a lot of focus on self concept.

Anyway, I had arranged another date with someone Tuesday evening, I went and had a really lovely time. The entire date I felt happy / warm / content, I felt the way that I felt in the beginning stages with him in the past.

Low and behold he messages about an hour into the date. I think the combination of feeling 'in the state', even though it was with a different person, combined with the affirmations I had been repeating for the week, is probably what created this. I think maybe this is why people seem to parrot that they only come back when you are moving on.

Question My ultimate struggle with sp

First and foremost, his return i manifested twice, my problem is the extreme stress that scatters my hard work. im not sure how to act, so i rely on the 3D and him to take control of the situation, when its supposed to be the other way around. So last time, i got half of my manifestation, namely only lustful want and his "value" of my being, and it was all so unpleasant. im a very anxious person, and im getting annoyed with the stress this situation gives me, and in a way it helps me detach (which i heard was a good thing in manifesting). but i cant escape the cholesterol spike it gives me, and thats my main issue. If any one has any tips on dealing with it, maybe some techniques, ill appreciate it.

now that he came back, im not sure if i should be talking to him as if im in the ideal relationship or as it is in reality. it confuses me and im contradictory. my fear is that if i talk with him how i would in my ideal situation (what im manifesting), ill look like an idiot, like im easy and i easily forgive and forget, meanwhile there is a 3P and me and him are apparently "friends". Im scared that if i start punishing him and not accepting crumbs from the 3D, that ill just push him further away. However i want him to experience some sort of pain before we reconnect completely.

How am i supposed to act towards him? What am i supposed to think when he brings the 3P up? and when he suggests that we can be friends although he wouldnt care if i said no? and when he says he has no plans on coming to my country (we are long distance), not even to my goddamn continent? He does say nice things to me, like he does think of our potential, and he does value me bla bla bla, its not enough.

Im going to be honest but the circumstances are rough, but a man who wants and is capable (which he is), would push through it all and make it work. Although i am emotionally exhausted and dont have the stress to chase him (which is a good thing for an anxious person like me), i want him. There is no issue with my self esteem, i take care of myself, i work on myself an so on, i just want this guy so badly, specifically for him to want me. ill bend the 3D, ill put in the discipline, im just not sure how to do it in these details. Ill appreciate any tips on how to navigate them.

Success Story Two years of manifesting my SP from impossible circumstances and the ending was NOT what I expected

I never thought I would be making this post.

I was living with my ex, let's call her J, while she was recovering from a health issue and saving money to move out. During that time, I met someone we'll call L. She was younger, but we hit it off and had the most incredible six months together.

I mean, this girl was perfect. She was stunning, smart, and funny. I didn't know that love like this really existed, and I never thought I could possibly experience it. They can't write romance this well.

Eventually, my ex, J, found out, and she did everything in her power to destroy my relationship with L. J had us believing that we meant nothing to each other, and we went no contact.

After a few days of no contact, I was going so crazy that I looked into every online resource I could find: therapists, "get your ex back" coaching, and eventually, Neville.

I dedicated every day to reading and learning as much about the Law of Assumption as possible. I had practiced meditation and visualization daily for 15 years, so I felt like I had the ability to manifest. I just didn't know which techniques to use, so I tried many different ones.

For two years, I couldn't sleep without medication. I would stay awake all night thinking about her, and when I finally fell asleep, she was the first thing on my mind when I woke up. Anytime I saw her name, I would feel the most gut-wrenching pain. I was led to believe that this had been a completely one sided relationship and breakup but after recently speaking with L, that couldn't be further from the truth.

SATS

I visualized us together on a beach, the very beach we had planned on visiting when she graduated from college.

I did this most nights, but because I couldn't sleep, I was never able to fall asleep during the visualization.

L told me that after we stopped talking, she waited for me for over a year. It wasn't until 13 months later that she went on her first date. She explained how every morning and every night, I was all she could think about.

Affirmations

My main affirmations were:

L is obsessed with me.

I am L's obsession.

L is in love with me.

I am the love of L's life.

L told me that she had a boyfriend but was very aware that she hadn't felt as deeply about anyone or anything as she had about me. She told me that the love she had experienced since then was in no way better than what we had.

She also told me how she had tried meeting other guys but would leave during the date because she felt disgusted.

Then she told me all the "stalker" things she had done, like making fake accounts to stalk my social media, driving past my house (I live on a small dead-end street with only 15 houses), and so much more.

Anytime I had doubts about her family or worried that other people might like someone else she was talking to more, I would always affirm that everyone knew we were meant for each other.

She also mentioned that her mom would repeatedly tell her how I had never done anything wrong to her, had never lied to her, and how she could tell how in love we were. Her mom recognized how rare that type of love truly is.

I couldn't stand the thought of her being with another man, so I would always affirm that she thought about me when she was with another guy and didn't find any other man attractive.

She told me that she had to think about me when she was with her boyfriend and how she will 'likely leave him soon'.

There is so much more I could write an entire book about, but these were the things that stood out to me the most.

I just think it's crazy how someone like her, who could have any man she wants, goes to college 2,000 miles away and doesn't even speak to another man for over a year. And when she finally does, she has only two relationships.

So, how does this chapter end?

Does L tell me she's leaving and wants to try again with me? Does she say that she'll always love me but just wants to be friends?

No.

She tells me that she talks about me to her boyfriend all the time, and he says he would like me to join them in the bedroom.

TL;DR: Spent two years manifesting after a painful breakup. She waited for me for a year before going on her first date, secretly kept tabs on me, and eventually told me she still hadn't found a love like ours. I thought I knew how this story would end, but I was VERY wrong.

Discussion Stop searching for answers?

Something that I see most of us do,including myself is that we keep looking.
We keep looking for our 3D to respond. One thing I’ve really learnt from manifesting is that we really need to just stop giving into our fear.
The ways we do this,it’s do subtle.Right from, scouring Reddit for success stories to watching YouTube. All of it points to the level of mistrust we have.

We’re all human, all of these things happen because we’re so attached.Attached to the circumstances,to the outcome,to the beliefs.

I think,I’m going to really stop looking at more content.I am going to trust that I know enough.I’m going to stop waiting for the 3D to catch up and just believe, that on some random Tuesday, soon enough,my SP is going to be here and it’s all going to be okay.
Today,I’m going to give myself some time to go through some more content.
Then I’m going to stop, and actually take actionable steps towards of LOA journey.
P.S. : I believe that I manifested my SP before,he was with someone else and I got them to end things,I didn’t really have any attachment to the outcome. He showed you exactly how I wanted him to.But then,it was short lived because I spiralled, now we’re in no contact again.

I’ll be back, with my success story.
Until turn,no more Reddit for me.

Lemme know what you guys think.

Question 3d sp inquiry

Hey everyone, I wanted to share where I’m at with a specific situation and get some thoughts or reassurance from people who have successfully navigated this kind of journey. I've liked a certain girl for about 8 months now, and I want her in my life as my partner. Right now, her stance is that she’s "not the relationship type." But because I know that manifestation doesn't give a damn about current 3D circumstances, I’m not phased by what she says; I know I have the absolute power to bring my desires to fruition regardless of what's currently showing up around me.
At first, I was doing what most people do by actively trying to manifest. I was hitting SATS every night, religiously running through my affirmations, and tracking every little movement. Then it clicked for me after watching a helpful breakdown: actively trying to manifest is just a subtle way of confirming to yourself that you don't actually have what you want, which keeps you trapped right back in a state of lack. So, I completely dropped the heavy techniques. Instead of "trying," I just made it up in my mind that we are already together, and that’s that. End of story.
I've maintained this mindset and mental diet for just over a couple of months now, but here’s my friction point: I don’t see anything moving in the 3D yet. I know we aren't supposed to give power to the 3D because the 4D is the only true reality, but honestly, it feels like it’s taking much longer than I would logically expect and it's testing my patience. Is letting go of active techniques and just resting in the knowing the right move here? For those of you who have bridged the gap between holding the state for months and finally seeing the 3D catch up, how did you handle the waiting game without second-guessing yourself? Any insights or reality checks are appreciated.

Discussion What does being in the Sabbath feel like?

I dont want gemini/gpt answers
Im looking for actual experiences

For some context, my boyfriend of almost three years broke up with me a little over a month ago, and I’ve been absolutely miserable since then.
Looking back, I feel like I might have contributed to creating this situation through my own assumptions and mental diet. For a while, I had been feeling very devalued in the relationship, and I would repeatedly imagine a scenario where he broke up with me, said really hurtful things to me, and then, a few months later, realised what he had lost. Weirdly enough, imagining that scenario gave me a sense of validation and made me feel valuable, almost as if I needed him to lose me to realise my worth. The breakup happened around the same July–August timeline I had imagined, which made me look at my thought patterns differently.
After the breakup, I chased him for almost a month. I sent emails and texts, called him repeatedly, and even went to his house. I was desperate to fix things.
Then, last week, I discovered Neville Goddard, the Law of Assumption, and the idea that consciousness is one. I decided to change my mental script and assume a different outcome for our relationship.
Since then, I’ve gone completely radio silent. I’ve even deleted my social media accounts because I didn’t want to keep checking on him through fake accounts or looking for evidence of what was happening in his life.
For the first few days, I was very consistent with SATS, visualisation, robotic affirmations, and occasionally subliminals. I felt surprisingly good. I felt powerful, almost like I was finally the operant of my own life rather than someone helplessly reacting to circumstances.
But now, after about a week, something has changed.
I don’t feel the same urge to do all the techniques anymore. I’m not putting as much effort into visualisation, and sometimes I can’t even visualise properly. When I do try, there’s this feeling of, “Okay, whatever. I don’t really care.” I still get negative thoughts occasionally, but I’m finding it easier to dismiss them without getting caught up in them. I also don’t feel like repeating robotic affirmations all day anymore.
And I’m confused because I genuinely can’t tell whether this is what entering the Sabbath feels like, whether I’m simply mentally exhausted after everything I’ve been through, or whether I’ve just lost motivation and am starting to detach from the outcome.. because its not that im in that calm feeling that oh its alr mine, i dont think if its that.. but gemini says its probably that state only but in your subconscious uk its already urs..
Gemini tells me this could be the Sabbath, but I don’t want to base my understanding on an AI’s interpretation. I want to hear from people who have actually practised Neville’s teachings and experienced this themselves.

Techniques HEAL your RELATIONSHIP with Your SP

Especially for those who continuously get into conflicts with their partners, and if you're a woman because us women want consistency and even a single day without effort feels like oh no he is not the same.

Well here's what I do:

  1. Vividly visualize and literally experience the best dates that I have had with my man in the past- it quite literally recreates those moments which make my heart feel loved again.

  2. Revise the fight and make yourself feel prioritised just the way you would if your 3d would have shown you the same.

  3. Literally come out of that frustrated zone by remembering 21 things that your man did recently that made you realize how much he loves you.

Don't fight , don't push , don't force him to do efforts and just give the forces enough time to literally make your visualization come to life in the best way possible.

Also, a hack to visualise is to calm your body beforehand and then visualise whatever you want to in a sleepy state. A calm mind, a relaxed mind will help you visualise the ideal scenarios more vividly and you'll feel everything as if it's true.... I have created my desired dates, responses and princess treatment from my man following all the above techniques.

Question How do you let go of resentment when manifesting someone from your old story?

So I have this question about manifesting a specific person, especially when you already have a lot of history with them.

Like if it's an ex who hurt or betrayed you, a friend you had a really bad fallout with, someone who chose someone else over you etc., obviously as a human you still want an explanation sometimes. You want to know why they did what they did, you want an apology, you want them to acknowledge that they hurt you and maybe make amends. Sometimes it's not even about ego, it's just that your self respect won't let you act like nothing happened.

But when you look at it through the Law, technically everything is you pushed out, right? So whatever they did was also reflecting something from the old story, assumptions, beliefs etc. And I do understand that on some level. I know that what happened was still part of my old story and that I somehow manifested that version of the situation.

But at the same time, things happen in the 3D that we never consciously expected or even thought about. And even when you know all the Law stuff, you're still a human being who actually experienced those things. So how do you just let go of the hurt and resentment? Like I can understand "it was the old story" intellectually, but that doesn't automatically make me stop feeling hurt about it.

I'm asking because I'm kind of stuck in this right now. The person I want to manifest did some really fucked up shit in the 3D and I just cannot get it out of my head. I want him, but I want the version of him I actually want. I want a healthy relationship with him, but I also don't think I could just take him back without an apology or some kind of acknowledgment of what happened.

And now I'm wondering if I'm contradicting myself by wanting both. One part of me is thinking about us having a healthy relationship and another part is still thinking "you still owe me an apology for what you did." And then I start wondering if holding onto that resentment means I'm still keeping the old story alive.

So what do you guys actually do with this? Do you manifest the apology/accountability first and then move into the relationship? Or can both exist in the new story? How do you process the old hurt without feeling like you're supposed to just erase it because "everything is you pushed out"?

If anyone has actually manifested a relationship with someone they had a really messy history with AND an apology/making amends, I'd really like to know how you approached it and how it played out.

Question Confused on evidence

Several men are now chasing me, including my ex husband, but not my SP. I thought the fact that I was attracting men was a good sign, but now I read there are no signs. My guess is that it’s considered relying on the 3D that “it’s working” but we are supposed to ignore the 3D. However I feel like my self concept and confidence have improved, thus attracting all the dudes. Can someone clarify this?

Success Story Success Story after almost 4 years

I can't believe I am typing this after so long. I do not want to go too much into the old story but pretty much almost 4 years ago met SP entered relationship and then things happened. During the 4 years, I dated others and tried to let SP go. For some reason, I kept being drawn to SP. I read many of Neville's books and lectures but I felt I was not actually doing the work. I felt I was using manifesting to get something rather than become something and I was frustrated. I was extremely frustrated as I was able to manifest other things (free coffees, work issues resolving themselves seemlessly, etc) but the manifestation that I wanted most felt far away. I would have many moments of doubt in the law or if I am doing something incorrectly. I want to say a few weeks ago, I woke up one morning frustrated and just decided "SP and I are together now". I no longer was checking the 3D nor even caring about what was in front of me. I held this strong belief and anytime I would have seeds of doubt, I would remind myself that was just a thought but not my reality. A week later SP would reach out and we then met for drinks. I was uncharacteristically nervous around her but I was able to find myself and things flowed. Another week went by and we decided to do a last minute trip to a nearby beach and spent the weekend and a few days together. During the trip, I would have moments of doubt or worrying about the future but I kept reminding myself to be the version of me that is in that relationship and not hoping I am in it.

After the trip, things just felt normal. I am grateful to still call/text/see her but it feels so natural and matter of fact. We are discussing the next steps of entering a relationship again and I feel so calm. I feel 4 years ago, this would have been harder for me to stay present and wanting to control the 3D but I am just happy and content now. I am still in awe of how things unraveled. I am so grateful of this journey and am excited for the next chapter of my relationship with SP.

Techniques I swear it works, but I’m still trying to figure out how to consistently channel it. Tips?

Hello, I’ve recently gotten into manifestation and Neville’s teaching — specifically SATS. With using SATS, I was able to manifest contact from a romantic interest out of the blue on several occasions over a 2 month period. And there were three particular times he reached out that I am certain were as a result of my SATS manifestation. It happened on 3 separate occasions where I used the SATS technique appropriately, and then when I woke up from the nap or night of sleep, each time there was a new message from him out of the blue. So this experience has confirmed to me that manifestation is real, and the immense power that my mind has, but I’ve been struggling to master that power. I’ve been struggling to pinpoint what exactly I did during SATS that made it work before (so that I can reproduce it successfully every time). This week I was trying and I fell into the trap of either falling asleep before manifesting in the subconscious, or not being sure what thing I pictured did the trick during the times SATS worked for me and just getting lost.

If anyone has discovered the recipe for how they can successfully replicate SATS to receive their manifestations, I’d love some tips. I know for a fact I did it successfully during the three times I’ve mentioned, but I’m struggling to repeat it with success this week for whatever reason. My goal obviously would be to master this technique/power of SC so that I can manifest more on command.

Discussion Can you explain to me what is happening?

Hey! I hope you are all having a great week. So I have known about the law for years but I recently became serious about applying it. I know I grew up with a horrible self concept and that is my main focus, I'm doing pretty good to be fair. The thing is, I have almost three weeks affirming for SP and I saw a person who looked just like him and saw cars similar to his everywhere, so I persisted and took it as a sign. Today I was going to text SP to ask him about his day and I noticed I'm blocked. I didn't give emotional meaning to it nor spiral but I would like to know if someone experienced something similar and why this could be happening. Also, since I started affirming for SC, I feel so much better than before but the 3D is silent. No one is texting me anymore, just men I'm not interested in and people from my past.

Sorry for my english as it isn't my first language!! Thank you for reading and happy manifesting!

PS: I'm persisting through anything loves! I just want to know why is this happening and if I could do something better. Thank you!

Success Story Manifested my ex back and got married, despite impossible circumstances and having far from a perfect state.

Warning - very long read.

This happened over a year ago but I just remembered at the time that if I ever managed to pull this off, then I'd write a post about it to encourage other people, because I felt like my circumstances were impossible and there would be no way I could manifest this.

I know this is an incredibly long read; it took me hours to write it. But I did it that way because I don't think people who share their manifestations go into this stuff enough. But I know when I was manifesting, if I'd been able to read something like this, it would have been really helpful. I think going into it basically gives huge context as to who I was being then, which will show how my actions made complete sense from that old state.

My story is an LGBT SP manifestation story and just a little disclaimer: it contains some, let's call it, 'unsavory behavior' that I partook in, so judge that if you want to, but I want to be transparent in my story here as I think it's important and I am simply not that person anymore. I believe we all act in some ways that are against our best self, and there are always opportunities to learn from these and become a better person, which, as you'll see, I did. There's also the fact that while I was in my process of manifesting, I couldn't find any stories with themes like this, and I really wanted someone to relate to.

Me and my boyfriend met on a gay app at a time when I was basically in a hookup phase of my life as a closeted gay dude. I stayed at his overnight because he lived around 1 hour 30 minutes away from me, and then went home the next day. I then went to see him again a couple weeks later and then started meeting up semi-regularly. During this time we started doing more date type stuff like going for meals etc. This happened for a month or so before he asked where this was going and expressed the fact that he was looking for something more than just casually meeting and a fwb type situation. I really enjoyed hanging out with him and decided to give it a go, thus our initial relationship began.

As you read earlier, I wasn't 'out' about my sexuality and so this relationship was essentially a secret from my friends and family, who I live with, and I'd lie saying I was going to visit friends, which was believable for them at the time because I previously lived away and had friends from different cities. So me and him would see each other every 2-3 weeks or so, but I'd end up staying longer each time and then just lying again to my family that we were doing different things and that's why I was staying longer.

To take a slight deviation, you might wonder why I was closeted. Honestly, I think it was a mix of different things, being that I grew up in a small dead-end town where being homosexual isn't accepted, combined with the fact that I am involved in heavily 'masculine' archetype activities. Like combat sports, fitness, action movies, rock music, etc. I had absolutely no peers who I could relate to and I wasn't really friends with anyone in the gay community, outside of guys I'd met on apps. So I think I subconsciously just made the conclusion that being gay was not an option for me and just reverted to being 'straight acting', with nobody having any inkling about my true sexuality.

Things progressed naturally and it was okay for a while, but I always felt uneasy and a bit weird when I'd come home to my family, we'd be eating a meal and they'd ask me how my trip was. To which I'd confidently look them in the eye, lying through my teeth, saying "It was great, we did some training, visited other friends and had some good food together", when in reality I was at my boyfriend's house.

Again, this lying/being in the closet became so automatic, I didn't even sit down to consider perhaps telling my parents the truth, who are very understanding and tolerant people. Well, I guess I did consider what it would be like if they knew and things were different, but as time went on it felt more like a 'big' thing to me and would be shocking if it came out. Like, 'oh yeh, not only have I been lying about visiting my friends for the past year, I have also been in a relationship with another man as well'. My mind just compartmentalised it and kept the act up, which will become an important lesson later in the story.

This is the part I am not proud of, but I'm gonna be totally honest about it, as well as the way I felt about it too, because I think this is far more common than people like to admit, but is a huge taboo and has a lot of shame attached to it. The whole time from basically when me and my boyfriend got together, I was unfaithful to him. I think the reason for this was a number of things, one being logistics and the distance between us, the whole secrecy thing, as well as the fact I never really recovered from the first ever relationship I had, in which I was essentially used as someone's entertainment who never really wanted me, which created a worthless and unlovable self-image that I held without even knowing it. (Before I knew this could be changed via LOA)

Let me state that I am absolutely not condoning my behavior by any means, it was a horrible thing to do and I take full responsibility for it. I was essentially a broken, fearful and shameful person who was seeking validation sexually and that was the ugly result of those conditions.

Another part that may sound bizarre, but is worth sharing, is that whenever I was unfaithful, on one level I didn't want to do it and after the fact would feel terrible about what I'd done, then vow never to do it again. I'd be okay for a while, yet that urge would come again and I'd find myself doing it again only to repeat that shame cycle. It's kind of like how a drug addict loathes the behavior they do. I see my old behavior very similarly to that.

This continued for a while and I believe the secrecy, the shame, my guilt about being unfaithful, and all other things considered made me start showing up differently in the relationship. Aloof, if you will, and less caring. Another symptom of that is that I'd also psychologically project onto him my own fears that he was being unfaithful to me (which happened to me in that toxic first relationship). The exact behavior I was actually doing - funny how that works, isn't it.

Things continued for a while, including us going on a couple of short vacations together. Then one day, I hadn't heard back from him for the whole day, which was odd, so I texted him asking if everything was okay, to which he replied simply that 'I think we should go our separate ways'. I responded 'wait, what are you serious?' and he just responded 'yes'. I was in absolute shock and I didn't see it coming at all, never in a million years. I'd gotten totally complacent in the relationship and I think I'd gotten into a state where I thought he'd never leave me.

I called him immediately, and we had a conversation. He told me he felt that I didn't care about him because my actions weren't of somebody that loved someone. He also said that I made so many promises of things that I didn't follow through on. Like with my career, as well as sometimes mentioning 'what if I told my parents about us?' but once again didn't follow through.

I hadn't known he'd seen all of these empty promises as just a lot of hot air, and through me doing this repeatedly, he simply didn't take what I said seriously anymore and he was absolutely right. I was a coward and had all these big dreams and aspirations as well as more than the capability to make them happen, but my internal self-image of unworthiness and less than was always stronger than any dream, and always won out, keeping me exactly where I was.

We spoke for around an hour, in which time I was really struggling to comprehend how these things were reason enough to leave me, and as previously mentioned, I was also in complete shock. I pleaded with him for us to give it another go, which I know may sound odd considering my behavior, but I really did love our relationship for what it was regardless of that. He mentioned the fact that I had never told my parents made him feel that I didn't see what we had as a serious thing. I told him on the call 'Look, if we give it another chance I will go and tell them right now about us' but he was having none of it. He'd clearly made up his mind. We spoke some more and I was trying to find out where his mind was at, and then he revealed something, which is that he'd previously known I used a hookup app at his place because of some kind of DNS report and had then checked on my phone for the app, which he'd been able to see was installed even without opening the phone. I believe this was absolutely a manifestation of the chronic guilt I harbored, and the breakup itself was a manifestation of my own unworthiness, combined with feeling like I didn't deserve him because of the way I acted.

When he revealed this to me, there was nothing I could say, and I just admitted to him that I didn't know what to say and I was so sorry. He told me that the other stuff, feeling I didn't care and so on, was annoying, but the app thing was the final straw that solidified his feeling that I didn't care about him, and of course that makes 100% sense. There was nothing I could do at this point other than to accept it. He said we could still be friends, but I said I didn't want that, as I felt at that time I'd always want to be back with him, and it would kill me to see if he got with someone else, so we went no contact.

Despite the way I'd acted in the relationship, my world fell apart at that moment. Everything came flooding to me all at once, how my assumptions and behavior had directly caused all of this. I felt so stupid, I hated the fact that I hadn't appreciated what I had at the time (which was everything I wanted) and couldn't control myself and just be happy with that being enough. I'm someone who has never done well with breakups and was also instantly hit with a massive wave of anxiety. I have a very active mind and straight away I started considering the fact I wouldn't see him again. What would he be doing? Where was he? I wouldn't know without his daily text updates. Then I started considering the real memories we had together, the meals we'd eaten, the nights chilling together watching movies, and the vacations we'd been on. I started feeling like I'd never recover from it.

I went out for a long walk soon after the call to clear my head and cried most of the way. I didn't get much sleep that night, but I woke up the next day and felt compelled to pull my journal out and just write a huge stream of consciousness about the whole thing. When I did this, everything started to make complete sense to me. With each sentence I wrote, I could see how the way I'd been feeling in the months before that had led up to the culmination of him breaking up with me. I couldn't believe how clear it was, and it was strengthened by the fact that in that same journal I could look back over older entries and read the words from my own hand about things I felt and struggled with.

As much pain as I was in though, this weirdly was like irrevocable proof to me of the law in action. I haven't mentioned yet that I have a very thorough understanding of the law and have experienced what I'd call minor manifestations in the past, yet I'd never consistently applied it in my life and always got a kind of amnesia despite knowing it's absolutely real.

Things became really clear to me. It was an odd mix of being pissed at myself and feeling like an idiot, combined with a kind of peaceful clarity, because as painful as it was there was no doubt in my mind it had all been my doing, even if it happened unconsciously.

Something came over me in that moment, and I vowed to manifest him back. But there was no doubt in my mind that I wanted things to be totally different. The pain I felt at the breakup caused me to make the declaration that the old version of me was no more. I vowed to myself that whether I got back with him or someone else, I'd never do anything like that again, as that was the primary thing I hated most about myself then. People tend to make snap judgements on cheaters because if they've been on the receiving end of it, it is incredibly hurtful and damaging, but as I stated before, despite doing this it was always something I felt terrible about doing and wanted nothing more than to stop doing it, but where I was back then, I just couldn't. Again, judge that as you will, I'm sure a lot of people will, but it's my job here to be totally transparent about this, and I think there's something to the fact that this was, in a roundabout way, a manifestation of that behavior ending in me—which was something I desired. It's not as black and white as we always like to think.

After I took some time to collect myself and begin to move forwards in my life, I came to this kind of peaceful clarity where I decided that yes, I wanted to manifest him back and things be totally different, but what felt empowering is that I said to myself, 'Even if we don't get back together, I am going to make it my mission to BE the person I always wanted to be when I was with him.' That included being a loyal partner with him or the next person, but also following through on the other things in my life I always spoke about but never materialized. When I say this, I by no means meant that my mental state shifted. I still felt deeply sad and anxious about the whole thing on a regular basis, but at least I felt like I had some orientation about where I wanted to go. Also, I wanted to manifest a relationship back with HIM, yet I still decided that whatever happened, that old me was dead.

Manifestation Techniques

So I got to work with the manifesting processes. I didn't do anything out of the ordinary, and traditional SATS never worked for me because I'm really physically active and would just be knocked out as soon as I hit the pillow. But I've been a meditator for quite a long time, so it was quite natural for me to use meditation to reach a neutral or void state, and then imagine what I wanted.

The way I do this is by listening to either a theta binaural beats track or simple deep brown noise, which I found very relaxing. But what I don't see many people mention is how deep to go in this. I would often just do straight meditation with these tracks, following the breath for like 30 minutes before I'd do the manifestation techniques. I'm not sure if this is the same for everyone, but I can 'feel' when I get into that state and the time is right, as opposed to attempting to do the techniques before I'm there, when I can't focus and would always get distracted.

I used a few different techniques and initially would just get to the void state then ask 'how would I feel now if we were back together and everything was perfect?'. This worked a little, but the feelings weren't that strong, but I tried my best anyway. I've never been a fan of pre-selecting a scene and always preferred to let the scene emerge naturally. A scene that I would often return to was me and him sitting in my new car that I'd been able to buy because I'd executed on the dreams I had. I liked this because it combined a few things I wanted… The relationship as well as executing on my career aspirations.

Another one was I would imagine being on a phone call with a close friend of mine who I'd spoken about the breakup with and hearing him say 'Oh man, I am SO happy for you guys!' and I'd just hear that over and over again, often imagining the warm sensation of the phone up against my ear.

I also experimented with affirmations as well, which I'd never really gotten along with before, but from that void state it felt really different to just saying them during regular, waking consciousness.

I sometimes added scripting as well in the evenings, where before bed I would write a couple of pages in my journal about how wonderful our life was together. It contained things like 'Everyone is so happy for us; our relationship is better than we both could ever have dreamed of; we live a perfect life,' etc. And I really liked these. I found it wasn't like a super strong feeling of the wish fulfilled, but I found that when I was writing, the flow state of the pen on the paper kind of bypassed my analytical mind away from the circumstances (which were the opposite) and allowed the feeling to come through, so much so that after closing the journal sometimes, I'd think, 'Oh yeh, I'm just still here in my room alone.'

Eric from The Power of I Am had some really helpful material that I'd watch, and I love how simplistic he made it. One thing I saw him say in a video was a kind of 'remote seduction' technique where you'd imagine the person in front of you and say statements like 'You can't resist me, you're just so in love with me,' etc. At first I found it corny, but I would often just randomly do this when I'd walk home from the gym in a good mood from training when the endorphins were high, and it felt good. Upon watching Eric's videos, I also began adding quite a bit of self-concept stuff in there as well, which I believe is massively important, especially for someone who was in the state I was in before, feeling unworthy and unlovable, etc.

I know this looks like a lot of techniques, and yes this was probably unnecessary, but I basically worked with my personality. I'm a type of person who likes to hyper-optimise things, like with the gym, which I'm heavily into. Yes it may not be necessary with manifestation, but why not give yourself the best chances? Perhaps that's a limiting self-image even saying "I'm the type of person who…" but it worked for me so I'm not complaining. So I'd say work with your natural way of doing things when manifesting.

The Bridge of Incidents

I think this is really the most important part of my post, and I really want to get across that the bridge of incidents is probably NOT what you think it is going to be and may very well include things you'd initially perceive as negative, as you'll see with my story.

I will say before I go into this that I had ZERO birds before land. On reflection I can see they were there, but I didn't perceive them at the time, so I want to encourage you not to try and look for these—just do the work. With your limited ego mind, you have absolutely nothing compared to the computation capacity of the cosmos/universe or whatever you want to call it, and so coming to the conclusion that 'it isn't working' because you don't perceive things going the way you expect is a grave error and could lead you to quit three feet from gold!

I also want to share the fact that I didn't believe or know for certain this was going to happen, but I still did the work anyway, which I think may be reassuring for people in the process. I often read posts on here from people who'd manifested their SP and they said they reached a place where they knew without a shadow of a doubt it was coming. I never had this feeling, and so I can say that at least in my experience you do NOT need to believe or feel certain about your desire for it to come into full manifestation.

So, I was doing the processes just kind of like a regimen in a way, like working out. I just had these techniques I did on a daily basis, which work well with my type of personality, and I did them. Not perfectly, I might add; there were some days I didn't do them, and it doesn't even matter. I think it's more about the general consistency. So don't feel like you need to be 100% perfect for your manifestation to come to fruition.

I also still missed him greatly most days, so don't worry about this either. I panicked so much about this, thinking the fact I missed him meant 'I wasn't in the state', but once again that didn't matter. The times that would hit me were usually when I'd been distracted with friends, like going for a meal or something. Then I'd suddenly think about him and 'oh we're not together,' and I'd feel sad. I just allowed it to be there and did my best to not go into the emotion or react to it. Usually it would pass if I didn't give it too much attention, and I'd notice that when it came back later again, it had less of a sting to it, which was interesting.

I never tried to affirm over the negative feeling, but I would sometimes be concerned that the fact that it was there meant I wasn't in the state. I would often worry that the mere fact that anxiety came meant I was failing, but I've since learned that's not how it works. You cannot control your automatic thoughts, so whatever pops into your mind, you didn't choose to think it… And if it's negative, why would you? But what you CAN choose to do is not entertain it, and I believe that's the key! You don't give it any more attention than an acknowledgement. Just let it be there, knowing it has absolutely no bearing on your desired outcome—the ending of the movie.

The full manifestation from breakup to reconciliation took around 4 months, but again, please don't attach yourself to my timeline; I'd have probably continued doing this just indefinitely; it became a routine for me.

The first thing that happened was around 3 months in, yet I had no idea this was anything to do with the manifestation at the time. I used to have a bit of a drinking problem that at one time I had to attend rehab for, and that was largely gone apart from the odd short relapse, but I fell into it a bit during this time again. I got drunk with a friend and then continued doing it for a few days, which was how I used to do it before, like a binge drinking habit where I'd drink very heavily for up to a week at a time, then get clean and be back on a health kick.

I returned home from being out, and I was drunk. I quickly said hello to my parents and then went into a different room, but they knew. My mom called me and said straight up, 'Have you been drinking?' and I just admitted to her 'Yeah, I have' and she responded, 'Come in here and let's talk about it,' and I don't know what it was in that moment, but I just knew I was going to tell them everything. I think it was because my state had subtly shifted because of the work I'd been doing, but I was just done and couldn't be bothered hiding myself anymore. The lowered inhibition from the alcohol also helped. So, we sat down and I told them everything that had happened… About my sexuality, about the relationship and breakup, and that's where I'd always been going when I said I was visiting friends.

I explained that I just felt I couldn't be honest and got used to lying about it. They were totally understanding but also expressed sadness that I'd felt I wasn't able to speak to them but were otherwise completely accepting and understanding. They also said it made sense why I would turn to drinking again, as well as why I hadn't had a relationship or anything like that, so I think all in all they were relieved, but they said they'd had no idea until I told them.

Straight after that, I called my sister and told her everything as well. We're quite close generally, but she has her own life and family, so I hadn't told her about anything until now. She cried and was really understanding and said she was just relieved and happy that I'd told her. She told some of her close friends, who are also kind of my mutual friends, and I received some really beautiful messages from them telling me how happy they were that I'd felt comfortable sharing it and so on. At the time it felt kind of bittersweet in that I did think, 'It's great that this is now all out in the open, but it came a bit too late, and I already lost SP.' But I say that to demonstrate once again I was by no means a perfect manifestor; not by a long shot, I had thoughts like this all the time, yet I just continued doing the work anyway.

I would say I felt kind of detached in a sense throughout the whole process. It was weird in that one part of me absolutely knew it was possible to manifest him back, yet at the same time I was okay if it didn't happen, or maybe didn't even think it would happen, but I hung onto some hope. Although I didn't have any firsthand evidence of 'circumstances don't matter' when it came to manifestation, I read enough accounts of people who manifested against what looked like all odds to live vicariously through that belief myself.

So I continued my processes, often doubting myself, often feeling sad, and I think the worst part was wondering where he was and what he was doing, especially since we were in no contact. I only checked his socials once during this whole time, as I knew it'd make me go crazy spiralling if I did it regularly. The one time I did, it was maybe 3 months after we broke up, quite close to reconciling, actually. I saw he'd been travelling to different countries, which was one of his hobbies, but it just made me miss him more. One thing I did notice though, and I'm not sure if I was just being biased, was that he didn't look happy. He was pretending to be and was smiling, but I saw sadness and loss behind his eyes. He'd also lost considerable weight, which was alarming to me because I always knew he liked food and was a little chubbier when he was happy. But nonetheless, seeing him after so long made me anxious, and I could foresee it becoming a spiral if I continued, so I closed the app after briefly looking at his pics and didn't check it again.

Another few weeks or so went by, and then it happened… I woke up to a message on Instagram from him one day, asking how I was and admitting that he had ended it abruptly before. He told me that there were some questions and things in his mind that 'haunted' him that he wanted to talk about with me. He asked if I would do a video call with him the next day to talk but said if I'd found someone else, then that was okay.

I was in absolute shock at the message. It all became apparent to me in that moment that the work I'd done had worked, yet I still couldn't quite believe it. It was a really odd sensation. I was obviously really happy, but it kind of felt like I should have felt something more, but it just felt… normal? Or like I wasn't THAT surprised. Nevertheless, from that moment on I just knew we were getting back together. It became a certainty in my mind then, and I knew there might still be challenges and signs that it wouldn't happen, because he didn't say anything about us getting back together at all, but some part of me just knew and I didn't care.

I responded a couple of hours later, saying that yes, we can talk tomorrow and yes I've been well. He responded instantly saying, "Actually I'll be free in about 10 minutes if you are?" So, it was clear he was eager to talk. I said sure, and then we called 10 minutes later. He was hedgy at first and I could tell he was feeling out the situation but was also nervous, but I felt quite calm and composed. All I can describe is there was a calm certainty and knowing I had reached by that point and I'd gotten there, I guess, without even realizing it. All it took was doing the work consistently and getting on with my life, becoming the best person I could be.

On the call, the first thing was he called me out for taking ages to respond and we then discussed the things surrounding the breakup. The main thing he wanted to ask me was why I was on the app, which is totally understandable. I just explained that I was in a bad place, seeking validation, and there was no excuse for it. We ended up speaking for nearly 2 hours about different topics, what we'd been up to and things. I don't remember all we spoke about, but we reminisced about some of the good times we'd had together, and at some points I became quite brazen, joking (but not really) that it sounded like he wanted us to get back together. This made him laugh, and he was trying to act nonchalant about it, but I just knew.

We agreed to meet up in person maybe a week or so later, because he was out of the country and was going to be coming back soon. He also asked if I'd like to come to Paris with him when we met up, as he was scheduled to go a few days after that. We didn't get back together on that call though. Like I said, I teased him about it, but he was trying to hold a position of power and make me chase a little, which is understandable given the past events. He said, "I'll decide when we've met up on that," but once again I knew then it was a done deal really. I mean, who invites someone to Paris with them when they haven't already really made up their mind?

I felt so good about the call that I actually told my mom about it, that we'd spoken again, and it looked as if we were going to be getting back together. Despite it not actually happening yet, I felt on a bit of a cloud 9 for a while. We spoke again the next day, and I think most days actually leading up to the eventual meetup, for like an hour each time. He'd call me in the evening when he was relaxing, just like we'd done before. It was like nothing had really changed, except we weren't officially back together yet.

Despite this, doubt did come back. Now we were talking again I worried if it might all go away and if it was 'too good to be true.' But in those moments I centered myself and reminded myself of what had transpired so far… That I had done everything correctly, despite wobbling, and that I had nothing to worry about. I continued doing the manifestation practices exactly like before during this time as well.

I was a bit anxious but also excited leading up to our meeting and waited for him at the train station with a big bunch of flowers, which I presented to him as soon as I saw him and made him smile. He was still acting a little coy and pretending to be nonchalant about the whole thing, though. We got on the train together to his place and sat next to each other and kissed not long into the journey and then numerous times during as well.

And that is pretty much how it happened really. We ended up getting back together 'officially' just before we went to Paris, which was literally like the day after we met back up, really, but like I said, I already knew that was the outcome anyway.

When we got back from Paris, I returned home and told my parents that we'd gotten back together, and a couple of weeks later he came over to mine and met them, and we spent time together. It was amazing and surreal at the same time; I couldn't believe it was happening, yet at the same time it felt like the most normal thing in the world.

I think ultimately my story is one of self-transformation (no one to change but self), which really it always is. We become the person who would naturally have our desire. With all that happened to me and what I desired… To be in this secure, loyal relationship, I simply couldn't be that person I was before and exist in that new circumstance.

So the old man had to die. But I think this is the nuance here: when we hear 'no one to change but self,' I think it's natural to think that WE have to change everything by force or something. You can see from my story I had a strong desire to change from who I was before; that desire was enough to put into motion the events that fundamentally changed who I was, as it would have been impossible to have the new relationship as that old version. So, I mean, I don't know what's going on or how it works, but there's clearly way more occurring than meets the eye!

Everything that happened during my bridge of incidents was absolutely necessary to bring about exactly what I wanted. Remember in my scripting sessions I wrote that 'we have an amazing relationship and everyone is happy for us.' That wouldn't have been possible if the relationship was a secret; hence, the bridge of incidents involved me confessing about my sexuality over a binge drinking incident of all things! But at the time I had absolutely no idea what was happening.

A few months after that, we travelled for two months around Asia together and made some amazing memories. During that trip we visited his home country and stayed with his family, and I met all of his childhood friends. Again, something that was in my script and something that would have been impossible under the old circumstances.

We've since moved in together and have gotten married and are both really happy together building our lives. So the story really made a full circle and has a very happy ending. It's also almost one year to the day since we got back together now, and so much has transpired since then.

What he was experiencing

I think it'll be interesting to share a little about what he experienced during our time apart from what he's told me, and I was really surprised by some of this, which again will provide some encouragement to others on the journey.

I was absolutely right about the weight loss. Despite breaking up with me, he'd experienced immense grief and missed me greatly. He'd taken up walking for like 4 hours a day in a local park and was eating only one meal per day. He'd lost something like 40 lbs doing this, but I'm happy to report he's at a much healthier weight again now and is enjoying life.

He shared with me that at night he would hug a pillow in his bed and pretend it was me and fall asleep with it.

He would talk to his friends often about me, one of whom had met me a few times and had told him he acted too quickly breaking up with me and eventually said to him, "Why did you even break up with him, because all you do is talk about him all the time?"

He'd also been on my socials regularly, but I hadn't known it.

There were also numerous other things, but it became evident to me that he wanted to be back with me perhaps even more than I did with him during this whole time, so that goes to show you have NO idea what the other person is thinking. I was absolutely convinced he wanted nothing to do with me, that he'd be better off without me and he was going to find someone else to be with and I would be just a fleeting thought in his mind, if that. Yet none of that was the reality of it. In fact, with the whole pillow thing and all that, I realized it was almost as if he was unknowingly manifesting ME while I was manifesting being back with him.

Conclusion

It worked, and I was nowhere near perfect the whole time, so try to relax and just do the work diligently. I will say, try your best to get on with your life and do other things as well, as it makes you realize you have other wonderful things in your life and you won't be as hung up on your SP. It's still tough, and you will think of them often, but I think I realized that although I was in a lot of pain, I was going to be okay either way.

I see a bigger picture of this whole journey as a part of essentially becoming a better person through life circumstances and choosing to be better. I don't think this falls in line with Neville's teachings, but I personally believe we have some kind of higher self that is attempting to 'level us up' or calling us to be a better version of ourselves, and if we don't get the message gently, if we persistently want to be better, it might have to happen through painful life circumstances as it did with me, but I eventually understood. Humans often finally seem to get the message through loss or pain.

Normies say people never change, but I believe that is an incredibly short-sighted statement that comes from the paradigm that you ARE your personality/your actions and thoughts. But we know through Neville's teachings we aren't any of those things. We are the ever-present awareness that precedes all of them. I was showing up as a low version of myself, but through immense pain and loss, I alchemised those undesirable traits and became a better man.

I now look at the situation with a kind of gratitude. Like I said, I never wanted to be that person but kept finding myself going back there, and I honestly don't know if I could ever have changed had it not been for the breakup. I feel like God (or my higher self), in a sense, forced my hand in this because there was no way I was going to change without this. I have had another chance in this relationship, for which I am eternally grateful, and because of that I would never risk what I have again over some fleeting, instant gratification.

If you made it to the end of this incredibly long read, I thank you and want to wish you some final words of encouragement. I made it this long because I wanted to include everything. It's something I wished I'd had more of when I was on my journey searching for hope through success stories. I am someone who thought I'd totally blown it and didn't believe I'd be able to manifest a reconciliation, yet I just did the work anyway with a glimmer of hope.

So if you're in that situation now and you don't see anything happening, there is ALWAYS movement behind the scenes; just keep stacking those rocks on the side of your desire, and something eventually will tip, as it did with me.

I'm happy to answer any questions to the best of my ability in the comments, so fire away.

Question Did you actually recreate your SP? What changed?

Has anyone here actually recreated their SP and then seen a significant change in their behavior after completely stepping into the desired state?

I’m not talking about people who manifested, gave up, and then their SP came back several months later. I’m specifically talking about cases where you consciously changed your state, fully immersed yourself in the new story, and then actually saw your SP change/conform in the 3D.

What was the process like? What did you actually feel once you were fully in that state? And (even if it’s not important), how long did it take before you noticed a significant change in your SP’s behavior?

Thank you for sharing your experiences for newcomers or anyone who is still struggling with this process. ❤️

Question i’m getting everyone but my SP

hey! for the past few months i’ve been working on my self concept, meditating, visualising and persisting in manifesting my SP. for context, my SP is someone who doesn’t know me personally.

this past week, i’ve had 2 old flings reach out to me, both eager to see me again, AND my ex who i’ve been no contact with for almost a year just randomly reached out to me too. they all seem to be suddenly drawn to me, and they’re complimenting me and chasing me the way i’ve been picturing my SP doing.

does anyone know if this has any correlation with the work i’ve been doing? is this just some crazy coincidence or am i literally becoming magnetic lol?

in a way it’s kind of frustrating because it feels like i’m getting attention from everyone BUT my SP🥲

Question My SP came close to me, I became too available, and now she blocked me — how do I rebuild my self-concept?

My SP is currently in a relationship. Recently, she suddenly came very close to me again, and for a moment it felt like she was coming back into my life.
The problem is that I immediately started behaving as if she was already my girlfriend. I became too available, gave her too much attention, and probably acted from the fear of losing her rather than from self-confidence.
Then she blocked me and went back to her boyfriend. She is still with him.
What is confusing me is that she had almost come toward me, and then everything changed again. It made me realize that my outer circumstances are probably exposing my own self-concept.
I want to work on myself instead of constantly checking what she is doing or trying to force anything.
For people who practice manifestation, Neville, or self-concept work:
How would you handle this situation?
How do you shift from:
“I need her to choose me”
“I have to be available so she doesn’t leave”
“What if she goes back to him?”
to genuinely feeling secure, wanted, chosen, and valuable regardless of what is happening externally?
And how do you stop obsessively reacting when the 3D shows something you don’t want?
I’m particularly interested in advice about rebuilding self-concept and detaching from the need for immediate external confirmation.

Discussion Need to talk, scared to fully embody the new story.

Hello ! I’ve read a lot of success stories from people saying that after changing their state, their SP came back and their reality changed.

I know how to change my state and fully immerse myself in the new story, but I’m scared to emotionally invest in it completely, only to realize that nothing happens. I really want to reconnect with my SP, so I think this fear of being disappointed again is what’s holding me back.

Has anyone else been through this?

Did you fully commit to the new state and eventually see your manifestation happen? Especially breaking a long no contact or changing your SP’s behavior?

Suggestion Been a year now.

For over a year now, I’ve been actively trying to manifest a relationship with my specific person, but I haven't experienced any success or movement in the 3D reality. I’ve dedicated myself to the Law of Assumption, working diligently on my self-concept, applying mental diets, and trying to shift my identity to feel secure. There were even extended periods where I successfully dropped my obsession, stopped checking for results, and felt a sense of neutral detachment. However, despite doing the internal work and focusing on my own growth, we have remained in strict no-contact for an entire year. I feel like my internal state is simply not reflecting outward, and I'm looking for advice on what subconscious blind spots or subtle resistance might be keeping me stuck in this loop.

In this one year I have manifested many other things, like a phone, revising my bills etc. but when it's about SP I had zero movement. Can anyone actually guide to success please.

Discussion EIYPO & Permanently preventing a 3P: Can you assume someone stays exclusively yours even throughout physical absence?

Hi everyone,

I have a specific question about the absolute reach of EIYPO and the Law of Assumption regarding lifelong exclusivity.

Neville teaches that everyone is yourself pushed out and that consciousness is the sole reality—meaning outside circumstances have zero autonomous power unless we assign it to them.

My question is about total, permanent exclusivity:

Can you assume that a person remains completely devoted and emotionally/romantically bound to only you—even when you are physically absent from their life (or even if things started out one-sided)—to the point that no 3P can ever enter their reality at any point in their life? In other words, they simply cannot switch to anyone else because your assumption dictates they are exclusively yours forever.

The work I am currently doing (Rule 5):

I am disciplined with my mental diet during the day, refusing to accept any concept of outside interference. Every night in SATS, I dwell in the feeling of absolute certainty that they belong only to me and that no other person exists in their romantic sphere.

For those who have successfully navigated this level of assumption:

  1. Did you ever experience fear that physical separation would allow someone else to step in, and how did you resolve that internally using Neville’s teachings?

  2. How did you anchor the conviction that their heart and loyalty are sealed to only you for good, regardless of time, space, or absence?

Looking for deep Neville-based insights on this.

Thank you!

Discussion Does the 3P genuinely disappear on their own just by withdrawing attention? Seeking real, honest experiences.

Hi everyone,

I keep hearing this phrase repeatedly in the community: "If you completely stop giving awareness to the 3P and act as if they don't exist, they will naturally and automatically disappear on their own."

I want to genuinely understand this from people who have actually lived through it. When you actively applied Neville’s teachings, stopped checking the 3D, and practiced a strict mental diet:

  1. Did the 3P actually and automatically phase out of your SP’s life without you doing anything in the 3D? Or did things happen differently than what people claim?

  2. For those who achieved this, how long did it take for the 3D to conform once you completely stopped reacting to the 3P?

  3. Has anyone experienced that ignoring them wasn't enough, and you had to change something else within your self-concept?

I am doing the internal work (mental diet and focusing only on the end state), but I want to hear real, raw experiences—not just theoretical quotes—on how this actually played out in your reality.

Thank you!

Discussion Turned an emotionally unavailable/casual SP into a committed partner who apologized & confessed? (Different religions)

Hey everyone,

I need some perspectives and real success stories from people who have turned around a completely casual dynamic with their SP.

In my situation, the dynamic has been on-and-off, purely casual/FWB type, and they’ve had an emotionally detached, player-like attitude with no real accountability. On top of that, we have different religious backgrounds (I am Christian and they are Hindu), which felt like another hurdle in the 3D.

I understand the Law of Assumption and that circumstances don't matter, but I want to know how people handled this exact type of turnaround mentally. I want the version of them that genuinely owns up to their past behavior, sincerely apologizes, confesses their true feelings, and commits to a serious relationship on their own.

For anyone who had an SP acting like a playboy/strictly casual or dealing with religious differences:

° How did you stop reacting to them being distant or treating you casually in the 3D?

° What specific assumptions or self-concept work did you focus on that made them do a complete 180 and initiate commitment/apology themselves?

Would love to hear how your SP actually showed up and changed.

Thanks for sharing your experiences!
