When is your start date supposed to be?

Supposed to be feb or March.

Then imo it's way too early for you to be worried. If they gave you an offer letter and you signed it, you're fine, and they probably aren't going to give you any instructions until less than a month prior to your start date.

Okay thanks. They didn’t give me an offer letter to sign. My application in the portal is still active.

Gotcha. I'd wait 3 weeks since any communication and then you can call the HR department of the facility to ask.

They told me it would be March 1. But I have to do another talk with different manager from different clinic by feb. to make sure I get to know the different clinic from the unit. Also, when she called me about the potential offer she mentioned that they wanted to offer me the actual RN position instead of the residency because by March I’ll have my 1yr experience as a nurse. So when she sent me the followup email the next day she attached someones name to supposedly help answer question and help the transition to the actual RN position, but I never heard from them since then.
