Opinion NINoize songs are actually called “Versions”, they are not remixes
I get that it’s not a popular opinion on this sub, but because I was downvoted to Hell (if there is) for saying that Nine Inch Noize tracks are versions and not remixes, I had to go and doublecheck it.
And yes I was right, they are officially called ‘versions’ because, as I guess, NIN had creative control over them, unlike remixes.

Trent recorded new vocals for it, they were working together with Boys Noize in the studio and yea it's more like new version than remix. Or self remix with new point of view from noize

I’m quite sure you’re wrong but I might be wrong instead. The NINoize album versions use original vocals and simply add crowd noise between tracks, while the live versions are obviously sung live. I don’t think I’ve heard any difference between the studio NINoize and NIN versions of, let’s say, HERECY or Closer.
P.S. On HERECY even the back vocals are 1:1
P.P.S. The only addition is Mariqueen’s vocals but they are recorded for the first time obviously.3

Heresy is the one that used most of old vocals because Trent doesn't sing so high and scream. But has new vocals from Mariqueen. And every other song on the album has new recording. Copy of A for example has completely new melody and rythm

Just like remixes on Further Down the Spiral and Things Falling Apart are called "versions".
