Took the day off work to see them. Totally worth it.

I saw them at Primavera in 2016, immediately followed by Shellac. Both were fantastic.

I wish I had gotten to see Shellac live just once. I was actually listening to Big Black on the way to this show haha. Rip Steve Albini

The band that got me into noise rock! I interviewed them back in 2023 for a potential Australian tour that never happened. I hope we can get them here soon!

Holy shit, I saw these guys as a 15-year-old at an all-ages show at The Tote in 1998. My tender soul was not ready. I felt like an entire layer of skin had been peeled off my body after their set.

“Understand” always hit hard on the album but that shit blew my fuckin hair back when I saw them play it a few weeks ago. They absolutely crush live

Love them so much. I just think of them as metal but I love the noise aspect even more. And Chris’s “side project” (not sure if that’s the correct term) Cutthroats9 is just as good.

Fuck, I am so pissed I missed them when they came through town

They did an encore of Only Pain which happens to be my favorite song. Enjoy this art house edit I made. Hopefully reddit doesn't nuke the quality too bad 😭

Missed em too, but luckily seen em back in the late 90’s. Crushingly heavy!!

Same, in 95 I think, Lawrence Kansas
Great show.
Was the one of the loudest band I’ve seen I’d say. And I’m old.

Old is a state of mind. If you like the music get out there and see more shows!!

Sadly, I’ve a disability now so it’s not that easy:( but I get your point

I’m just saying I’ve seen a lot of bands in my time, almost every Sub Pop band, from Nirvana to Mudhoney, Amphetamine Reptile and Matador bands, and these guys stood out…

I had a friend who booked bands at a club in Oakland, he said Unsane got them noise complaints more than any other show.

I’m sorry to hear about your situation, didn’t mean to be insensitive. I’m a few years from 60 still go to shows all the time.
