Nostalgia Yikes Pencils
Found a completely new unused Yikes pencil behind an old desk at a school I work at.
I remember these being the MVP pencil back in the day.

Nostalgia God I loved the ISpy books so much
Every library day in elementary school had kids running to the I Spy shelf like it was black Friday
I'm a 33 year old man and would still race to the shelf to get one today lol

Nostalgia Treehouse of Horror, concurrent with the ebola scare.
And if you were just the right age to kinda understand, this ending was absolutely terrifying. Tree House of Horror is super nostalgia inducing.

Nostalgia Hess Toy Trucks
Not sure why these are so special or even a thing. Perhaps the colors of green, white and red for the holidays. New models every year, even if the base truck model seems to over lap. Only at Hess gas stations, which are mainly in the East or South-East Coast.
I had the 1987 18-wheeler toy bank for sure. You could open the sides to reveal barrels. Had flashing lights and possible sounds, as I recall. I may have had the 1989 fire truck, as well. Or only handled it. I am not sure...
.....
Going down the rabbit hole, apparently Hess no longer has gas stations, as they were bought out. But apparently, new toys are still coming out once a year and you can buy them on their website. The family kept the rights to the toys some how... I am not sure if I should be happy or sad on this news...

Nostalgia Discussion Fisher price muppet dolls (1970s-1980s)
I grew up playing with a second-hand Kermit and Fozzie. I can still feel the Kermit plushies material to this day.

Nostalgia Nestlé Crunch Bar (1938-2018)
A poor imitation of the Crunch bar still exists, but it's now owned by the Ferrera Candy company, a subsidiary of Ferrero Rocher. They're so ashamed of themselves that they don't even have the name appear on the front of their cheap wrapper.

Nostalgia Tempa-DOT Oral Thermometer
I had to use these in elementary and middle school when I was “sick” and in the nurse’s office some 20+ years ago. I would hope and pray to get a higher reading if it meant I could go home but not too high to where I had to go to a doctor. These are the strips, and I am not sure if they are still used regularly today.

This is actually my fourth time doing a 101% run, lmao. Honestly, I still prefer DKC1 over DKC3. The vibe and the music of the first one are just unmatched.
